• A's logo flows a lot better, and stands out much more to me.
• It has a house in it, so I associate it with building.
• I like those colors. It’s simple yet professional.
• This design is easier to read. I am able to comprehend faster
• The only reason I chose this was because there's a picutre of a house which easily makes people recognize this brand as a home related product.

• The most prominent thing I've encountered that is a serious problem is black mold. It's usually in the bathrooms behind the walls and landlords try to avoid dealing with it because it requires tearing out the whole wall to fix.
• water heater needing replacement due to age, happened in 2 different places. Garbage disposal breaking due to age. AC leaks and needs constant repair. Harassing landlord that would scream at her family and you could hear her down the block.
• The main plumbing lines under the bathroom have gotten stopped up once or twice. And the landlord had to have trees cleared away from the building so they wouldn't fall on it.
• Right now, avoiding the landlord to make minor improvements as we are paying way under the market value and if the rent raises more it would make us have to move. So we are not trying to being bothersome and trying to do minor repairs ourselves.
• The biggest issue that I have encountered is the slowness to get things fixed once they are reported as being broken. Usually they are smaller things, but still it's a pain to have them not working or not working correctly. Haven't really had a ton of issues with move outs or security deposits being returned.

• Bellucci is easier to pronounce and sounds higher end
• It was tough, but Bellucci rolls off the tongue easier for me so I slightly prefer it.
• I choose "B" because I like the BELLUCCI KITCHENS more, it just has a better ring to it.
• I feel this is a nicer name for luxury. Bellucci seems to be a better fit here. I'd use that for the better name and choice for the fine cabinetry. Looks great here!
• Govani goes better with both "kitchen" and "cabinetry". The other name is much harder to pronounce and write.

• My choice a it has a beginning and end is easy to remember and very logical
• The statement is much more concise than option A. Vita stands for joie de vivre and recreation.
• Makes you want the product and its features more.
• Immersion is not a great word in this context, so variant A is more appropriate
• Option A clearly appeals to me more. This one appeals to me more personally because it builds a relationship of trust and gets close to the customer. However, I could remember option B better.

• I like the word transform it makes me think it will help me completely reconfigure my backyard
• I like that this option lets you know that it is a free download, it is not selling anything but helping you get some great ideas for your patio area.
• first two are ok, the rest mentioning a "free ebook" immediately would make me ignore them
• A is the most intriguing because it's about making an ultimate outdoor kitchen. It sounds like it's going for top tier improvements.
• Option E is the most concise and uses the word free. It means little to no investment for the resource material. The other titles are drawn out.

• Is it rust proof? Will it hold up to the elements if left outside?
• Why is just the net so expensive? What is the warranty period?
• The only thing that I can think of is how much it would be if it came with a pole. I think it would be good if there was an option to purchase it with a pole.
• Why is the pole not included? And if not, what is the recommended pole for this leaf skimmer net.
• Some of the reviews look like stock reviews, are they real? Where else is this product sold? How many other products does this company sell? Is it really unlimited replacement?

• You get 4 books over 3. Also I prefer having some color over black and white only.
• I like the grey tones, the contrast between the book in option A are a lot more intriguing and visually stimulating.
• Although I like the color of option A. I like the warmer tone of B and the font of B better
• I like choice B best. I like that the books have color.
• I would want a little bit of color, so I would choose option B.

• A and E feel brighter and shinier and more exciting
• Option D. The images where the front side panels are in black with the phone number in white are visually appealing and easily seen.
• I like D annd E the most because I like the big BBQ label with the flames in the middle and I also like that it is not too dark because I feel like it is more noticeable if it is more red than black.
• The large white on black text has great contrast and is easiest to see and read, especially from a distance.
• I really like the wrap design of choice E a lot that I would look at this truck a few times to see what this business is about. The wrap of choice D would be my second pick with choice B being my third pick.

• My mother has been a real estate broker for 25 years so I know what a listing proposal should contain. Its the valuation of your house, what comparable "comps" are in your neighborhood. The purpose of it is to relate to the seller that they can have confidence in their broker as they are professionals.
• I do not but I assume it's a description of the tactic that will be used to market your house.
• A listing proposal is a realtor's plan to list a property.
• I am not certain I know what this is, but I would expect it contains information that I communicate to the listing agent about how I want the home to be listed, such the list price, features/upgrades mentioned, etc.
• It outlines the process when listing a property for sale. It includes; property evaluation, property details, recommended marketing options and price and financial terms.

• I would be likely to purchase just the plain black cover. I do not like the design of the leaves I don't think it really adds anything to it if it had some other sort of design that I like better I might would consider it but the leaves don't look that great.
• Because I like the mesh look to it, the plain color works best for me.
• The less noticeable the better in this case - no need for an air conditioner cover - but to have one - you need it to be breathable so that air can easily go through it.
• I prefer option A . I like the black cover . It allows me to see the air conditioner . And it's still protects it . It looks classic . I do not like having a patterned cover like B .
• I think the leaves are a little cheesy so I would use the black one.
