I think the black tip looks the best for the knife, looks like a better design and higher quality as well.

I would be inclined to choose option A because I have black in my kitchen so that would match my kitchen the best.

I would say the longer the better but A seems to grip much better than B would.

I rather prefer the option A tip guard because the black color is much more noticeable and the tip guard is smaller and more distinguishable and covers the tip part the best here.

Black is easier for me to see and it helps when I can visual see the tip. It feels like it safer that way than it is with the other colored tips

Dark color, like the black here is smart, you can be sure to put a guard on, and KNOW it's there because it's clearly visible. The other option fails there.

I think translucent would look better on a magnetic strip holder, they don't stand out as much, they blend well.
