The English and grammar is very bad in the question as well as both options. There is no flow. I couldn't pick B because using technical jargon is always a turn off.

A lot of people can relate to humor and tend to consume more of it in a day. Using Healthcare jargon like B wants you to do, might overwhelm and turn people off to reading posts. People want to consume media that they understand and relate to. If you throw a bunch of random words they don't understand, or have to look up the meaning to, then you will bore your audience and not engage them.

Its more important to provide valuable content than be funny
You dont want any humor so jargon is going to be something that is more valuable to someone.
I don't associate health insurance with humor at all.
Being specific with the details will lead to more direct contact through media and other posts, sounds more direct and open.
Writing with healthcare related jargon would imply a greater degree of professionalism and competency and make a reader feel like they're reading a high quality product.
Many people do not treat jokes seriously. Instead, a good jargon in the specific domain may be something very unique and people can memorize those jargon words when they see them.
I want my healthcare companies to be serious, not comedic
I like option B the best because I don't think people would like humor assiociated with anything healh related.
