i think my first choice gives the best description of what i want this solution to be. The 2nd choice is based on how i think it will operate, being a micro course instead of a full course. The 3rd choice is because i think it will be a guidance and the last choice is because i think 'blueprint' sounds too formal and complicated

Trade Leadership Blueprint sounds professional, although it’s probably not meaningful for a tradespersons. Trade Training Mate is understandable words and may resonate with them. I don’t understand what Micro Trade means.

Trade leadership coach I picked as one as it sounds much more professional than the others I picked trade leadership blueprint as 2 because it also sounds professional but not as strong as the first. Number 1 seems to me to be a more professional name for a virtual training system. Number 2 is a more Aussie name with the word Mate in it but some women may not like it. Number 3 is more like a blueprint idea not really a good name for what the purpose is for. Number 4 I really don't like it just does not suit the purpose of the idea.

I feel that personal training is important. We have a huge deficit in trades and they are the backbone of our country. We need to have a blueprint to train our future tradies. So many of our apprentices do not complete their training because of lack proper planning
