The first image of the house gives a really warm and relaxing ambience of the house for me, the indoors games look more attractive and classic to me, the pricing is much fair and affordable to me, the bed looks more comfortable and good to sleep on and the last thing will be the pool which is just magnificent to look at.

The top 5 WOW factors would be the square footage of the home, the 10 bed capacity, the outdoor area looks very relaxing, there are a number of entertainment options within the property that would help to not spend as much money away from the home and the price per night is a good value.

It's a really nice house but 16 guests and five bedrooms really doesn't make sense don't two guesses get a bedroom? It sounds like it's being oversold by a lot I would definitely say 10 people in five bedrooms. Also for the discount page the numbers seem to not make sense I guess they do but it says three nights four nights five nights and what looks like one night but I realize it's one week I think it's a bit misleading also is that amount how much it costs or how much you're saving? I think it should just list the total amount for that amount of time

1) I like that the Airbnb says how far away (in minutes) several major tourist attractions are. That helps to convey how close this is to everything.2) I like the pictures that show off the modern cabinets, faucets, and showers. The house looks very well kept-up.3) I like that there are several fun items around the house, including pool, an arcade machine, and a little putt-putt course.4) I like that there are multiple guest rooms. I could book this with other family members for a large get-together.5) I like that there is an image that talks about getting a discount for staying for a longer period of time.

The biggest wow factor would probably be the huge game room with the fantastic view of the beach and sky

Pool, location, games like the pool table, expansive kitchen, and washing machine and dryer are the biggest factors that would influence my decision. Frankly, I would not stay here for free, however, as this place lacks character, warmth, color, personality, and class. I can smell the bodily fluids and bro from here.

The size and number of beds is mind blowing as it would be ideal for a large family or for throwing a party away from home. The landscaping also is very appealing. Availability of different sports is also amazing

1 - Location. Being close to the strip, if I'm not staying directly on it, is paramount.2 - Square footage. Being able to spread out and enjoy myself while at the place is important. Especially with 14 people.3 - Backyard ranch. An uncommon feature that could be enjoyable and contrast with the strip.4 - The table games. Pool and air hockey are a great way to have some fun while waiting for everyone in the crew to finish getting ready to go out for the night. Also a good way to unwind when returning.5 - The clean, modern aesthetic. Makes me feel like I'm getting my money's worth in a fundamental way.

The heated pool takes the place of all 5 wow factors for me. That's all I really care about is swimming in a heated pool.

The discount for booking a longer stay is great. WOW, beach view, waterfront in Las Vegas, oh wait, vegas isn't on the ocean or a lake, duh. Hot tub and pool are def awesome. Full Kitchen and outdoor dining area are on the list. Wondering where the pictures are that show the waterfront beach view

Price is always key.Location, Location, Locations!The amenities, all i can say is YEEEESSSSSSI liked that they offered deals for the amount of the nights staying, that entices me.The user rating and reviews are always a huge plus too because if you don't have good reviews, i don't plan to give it a thought.
