It's worth it to gain new skills and additional income
Having a side hustle allows you to be productive in your spare time. Also, having a diversity of incomes is always helpful.
I chose option A because I think it is worth it to have a side hustle because the side hustle can provide a large net income stream to buy goods with.
Yes have had one for many years. It is more like a hobby. I also had one that turned into full business.
Yes it is worth it because it lets me be able to spend money freely without having to worry about getting all my bills paid when they are due.
Sometimes it is... depdning on the type of the side hustle
This is, of course, highly dependent on the hustle. But having that little extra income can be a real life saver.
Yes if you are wanting to make more money, keep your self engaged and not bored, keep your mind active, get involved with your community. Possibly learn something new.
Yes if you wanna be successful you have to work
You can make money in your down time. I'd rather pick up a few bucks then sit down and watch tv.
Extra money can easily turn into even more money if managed properly
I do this as a side hustle because I can do it in my downtime and make some extra money each month to help with my budget
I like earning extra money on the side and it helps me learn new skills and things about myself.
it's worth it if you put the time into it to make it worth it.
Yes,multiple income streams are always advisable. DIVERSIFY, DIVERSIFY, DIVERSIFY!
If you can manage your time and commitments to things like family, the extra money is definitely worth it.
Always worth it to have some extra income, especially if its one with minimal work that isnt taking away from your free time.
A there is never a time where not having a secondary source of income is a bad idea especially in the current times we live in.
I chose Option A because having a side hustle allows one to elaborate on their earning potential.
Side hustle provides an extra cushion for money. Often, the more time you put in the more money you make. So hustling hard is worth while. If it's only a few bucks you'd have to weigh whether the money is actually worth the time. But for the most part, yes, I like side hustles because they are worth it
If it is your passion, than the work is worth it. Even if you don't make that much money.
Yes. There is no guarantee that one person can hold on to his position forever. It is always a good idea to have an additional opportunity for extra income.
It is good to have peace of mind. You might not need a side hustle but if you ever lose your job, it is a good safety net.
It’s always worth it if you are able to make extra money. To me that cannot be a negative.
It is worth having a side hustle because anything can happen at your main job. Side hustles can help you through an emergency and could eventually become a career one day if they develop well.
Yes, it is absolutely worth it to have a side hustle. I will say that I am unsure how worth it it is any longer due to recent tax legislation. However, I absolutely view PickFu as a side hustle and therefore, because I participate in it daily, I think that it is absolutely worth it. I also used to use eBay when I was little and Amazon as well for selling. I think it is a wonderful way to earn extra money and is definitely one of those situations that the money really begins to add up once you start putting in some work.
I chose A because during this time, especially after the pandemic, jobs aren't guaranteed.
Any way to supplement your income is beneficial and many times a side hustle is something you can really enjoy or even discover a new passion
It is worth it because the correct side hustle that you have as a goal to pay your monthly expenses like gas, light and possible one credit card will help you catch up on expenses and keep more of your full or part time job salary for other things to pay or save.
A little extra work on the side for extra money. What's not to love?
Yes I would go with option A because I think a side hustle enables me to earn extra side income that I can use to enhance my lifestyle.
It is always a good idea to have multiple streams of income
From my experience I think that it is definitely worth it to have a side hustle! Even if it starts off small and relatively insignificant, with a little time and effort, you can grow it to a significant level. It's amazing what an extra couple hundred dollars of income every week or month can do to your budget.
Any amount of extra money you can bring in is a positive. There can never be too much money you can make.
Have the income that is not coming from 1 source is key. Adds lots of safety
Yes, it is worth it. It's always good to make a little bit extra if you can especially in these times
Yes definitely. Any extra income you can make will add up over time.
I live below the poverty line and every little bit helps. My side hustle helps keep me from homelessness.
I make my full time living off of all side hustles. Nowadays it can be profitable but also you cannot rely on just 1 source of income in many cases because with things in the world the way they are, you never know when the rug is going to be pulled out from under you.
A side hustle is a great way to make extra cash on the side. It is usually an activity that you enjoy, which makes the income even better. I have made great friendships from side hustles.
In this economy, you can't afford not to have one, unless you're middle class.
Whether it's worth it or not is very subjective. In my case it is because I don't make enough from my job to get all the things I want, so I need a side hustle to expand my financial reach. I also find that work a lot more relaxing since I can start or stop it as I want, unlike my main job. I imagine it's going to become worth it for more people as the economy gets worse and more people find themselves in my position.
A side hustle can bring in a bit of extra money that helps battle inflation or adds to my retirement and emergency funds.
It is worth it because many primary jobs do not pay enough. However, it is important that the side hustle be something that does not exhaust you and that compensates you adequately.
I don't have personal experience, but I have heard it is worth it depending on where you are located. There is a lot of money to be made in side businesses.
If it is something you genuinely love then yes, if you’re trying to make it into a business where you can eventually quit your main job then yes. It really just depends, do you have family you will be losing time with to do this? Or are you single with the spare time to give? Even with family, that goes back to are you trying to have a business where you can eventually quit the main job which means freeing up time? There are a lot of pros and cons depending on your given situation.
Even though the money is not alot it allows me to not feel bad about making small frivolous purchases for myself.
it is worth it because you can make a little extra money plus it gives you security if you do lose your job
I like to be productive, and having a bit of extra cash is nice too, so I feel like it is a good idea (plus these days online platforms basically let you do as little or as much as you like to fill various types of roles).
I think it is always prudent to do some sort of side hustle simply to save for the future, to buy that certain 'whatever' or to save for when one might be unable to work.
Yes, especially if you are building a business that may allow you more flexibility or to leave your job.
I think that its always good to have multiple sources of income.
The little bit of extra money is fun to play around with.
Side hustles help you cope with unexpected expenses and pay down debt.
It's totally worth it, not just in a financial stand point - but also as a rewarding element. To have something that is yours alone and to remind you that there's more than one way to earn money and that you're not stuck at your current main job.
It is worth having side hustle as you could earn extra money.
extra money always helps
I'm doing these study right now. So, yes, it does help to have a little side income. It helped me to start saving my business and investing in the markets.
What I did was do a side hustle while also working full time. Any profits from my side hustle were to be invested in my "future". For me, my choice of future was retiring early to the middle of nowhere. I have also been able to shave off a good 8 years of time off of my mortgage, by overpaying it with my hustle money.
It helps you shore up your income if it's not meeting your needs or wants.
My side hustle led to me founding my own business some twenty years ago and it has grown into a professional services company employing over 30 people full-time and has added to my retirement account nicely.
It's worth it for some extra money as long as it doesn't disrupt my work/life balance.
I wouldn't be able to pay my bills without a side job. Indeed, I have more than one side hustle.
additional income ever support uncertain financial strokes so its very important
Yes, it is always worth it to make more money
It's absolutely worth it to have a side hustle. I have two of them, and that helps increase my revenue streams for things beyond bills and utilities.
Making just $50-$100 per week makes a huge difference in paying bills. Just by doing PickFu alone I am able to pay a few bills which allows me to use my regular income to do more fun things or save some.
It depends on the situation, if it is a hustle related to something important and something thats worth the time and the effort they would totally worth.
It actually depends. If you have no other choices available to you and you need money, then a side hustle is definitely worth it. If you're doing it as a hobby or just for a change of pace, it's worth it. If you can make the money you need by focusing on one career without the side hustle, it's better because the side hustle can actually disrupt your primary income making. I'm self-employed with health problems. The side hustle helps, but it also doesn't. It's a very complex topic that a simply yes/no can't answer.
Its always good to make money while you can. You never know when you're going to get hurt or lose your job and having a second job can give you that back up money to take care of yourself or even to take a vacation, maintain your car or house etc.. you could also learn a new skill this way.
Yes, it is always rewarding to keep busy, especially when you are getting paid.
It just means more money for you and more time to express yourself
Depends on how much you're making, how much time and effort you put in, and if you enjoy it. I read tarot for my side hustle and I love it, so it's worth it.
With inflation and the housing prices constantly going up, a side hustle is almost a necesity
It’s worth it when you do something you are good at and comfortable doing.
It is a good way to make ends meet. I would do better with an extra coin.
It feels more rewarding than my job.
Generally its nice to have a secondary source of income you can fall back on to keep money coming in in case you lose your job, it allows you to build extra skills.
You of course need to choose well to ensure you earn what your time is worth, but there are clear benefits like the ability to write off some costs and set your own hours/location.
Yes, I find myself with a lot of time to spare and having a side hustle gives me that extra time to makes some cash. That extra cash made from myside hustle will come in handy later in life and I would not feel so bad on my casual expenses. Yes, a side hustle is worth it.
Yes! Yes! Yes! In this day and age, yes, times 100%. I wish I had started my side hustles sooner and well before I was laid off. You need second and third sources of income in case your main income ever becomes in jeopardy. And it's too easy not to start something, especially with the internet, Facebook groups, and YouTube, you can practically learn anything you need to if you have enough determination to seek out the answers. Even if your side hustle only makes you very little a month, the experience is worth it just to get your feet wet. I have started two side hustles, and thinking about my third. My first side hustle isn't working out the way I wanted it to and has become stagnant, so I might drop it. But my second is going strong and I think my third will do even better. But all of this started from just taking the leap of faith. After the first one, the second one was easy to start and the third one will be even easier.
It's very hard to survive without one. It's more of a necessity than anything.
When you have down time its usually wasted. Why not earn a little extra cash for your trouble.
ANY EXTRA MONEY is worth it, so broke even working full time.
You can make enough money from your side hustle to elevate your status in life. Also, this provides money that you can use to commute to and from your primary occupation. It's a good thing to have, really.
I choose A because I can save some extra for my rainy day fund
I wouldn't be on PickFu now if I wasn't a "side hustler" -- I'm doing this during slack time at work
Extra money is always worth it since everything seems to keep getting more expensive and we're not getting any more worth out of anything. More money is always better.
If it pays well enough, and it's easy enough, I think it's worth it.
If you need money, it's worth it. If you work a lot and make enough money, then no, its not worth it
Option A - it's worth it to have a side hustle because for me, my hustle has turned into a good paying job. I am doing PickFu now for fun and not because I have to.
It's worth it if you have a specific goal in mind. For me, I use it to pay for hobbies...not for my living.
im here arent I? its always good to have anextra way to make extra cash to supplement your income to pay for expenses you dont expect
I think it's worth it if you have a large bill your regular salary won't cover. do a side hustle an dpay that bill off with that money.
Yes it is worth having a side hustle just in case things go wrong at your actual job.
It really depends on the return, but generally I think it is worth it. In my opinion, having a side hustle can not only generate additional income, it can also help the individual obtain more skills.

Some people can get lucky from it, but I feel that it adds more stress to a person.
Side hustles make me so exhausted and totally drain my batteries.
No, it's not worth it because I think having extra time spent on leisure activities is better.
It takes away from important time for relaxation and leisure
