Which packaging do you prefer for a food plant fertilizer ?
Option A won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 29 votes after 1 round of vote counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.
Option | Round 1 |
---|---|
A | 58% 29 votes |
B | 24% 12 votes |
C | 18% 9 votes |

I prefer bagged variants for a plant fertilizer
this bag seems more..natural looking and effective, like other lawn care products seen in stores
Ranked by what I am more familiar to of fertilizer being contained in
My first choice looks the most scientific and professional which gives me the feeling that it will work the best as it has the most professional presentation among these options.
I prefer the bag to be honest. The bag allows me to read all of the product information easier, and the bag is also more pleasant to look at in general.
i think option A looks the best because plant fertilizer looks the most natural and appealing in a bag
Option A is definitely the most visually appealing, and I would certainly choose it as my first choice. Option B is pleasant, though it is a bit nondescript, and option C is very bland and uninteresting to me.
The coloring on B felt too garish since it was so neon. A used more natural and muted tones than C did.
I prefer the packaging on option "A". The packaging design looks appealing and attractive.
if I was going to buy plant food I'd go for A, due to packaging
I ranked in order of how appealing I found them. A suits the product best.
I prefer option A because it looks like the largest packaging. I also like the orange on the bag. Of the two others, I don't really like either of them, but I prefer B over C because C looks like it should be holding medicine or something. I would not think the bottle shape of option A is fertilizer if I saw it in the store.
i like the tried and true bag, the C looks like it would be plant sticks and B looks like medicine
The other options beside A look way too small to be a good value for what you would likely pay.
I like A because it comes in a bag and that makes me feel as though the company Is more environmentally friendly with their products
Option A feels the most normal for soil. B makes some sense. C feels very strange to me, it's weird and skinny and doesn't seem convenient to store. I usually buy soil and such in bags.
The orange color drew me in and then I like having the green accents. Really enjoy the bright white packaging best.
I picked A as #1 because I am more used to seeing fertilizer in this type of package. The other two appear quite small and at first glance don't appear to be fertilizer.
I'm a horticulturist/ nursery manager. Choice A - an easy to grab bag is generally what we grab when we are explaining something to a customer - or to fertilize something light. It's easier to get the fertilizer out, its easier to read the package. I do like Choice C because we used to use another product in a tub like that where you would flip it and the right amount would come out between the little holes.
A is my first choice. The label is very eye catching and the product is organic and will suit my needs. I usually buy plant food in this type of bag. C is my next choice because this looks like an easy way to store this product. I would not automatically be drawn to this package because it is very different, but it is a nice idea. B is my least favorite. This product says it is for bonsai plants, I haver never grown this type of plant so my first pick would be A. This looks like an all around plant food for succulents.
I like a label that tells me what I want to know about the item.
I think A is the traditional way and I like the look.
I liked choice A the best since the packaging is the most traditional and appealing to look at. Choice C looks too much like vials which isn't appealing and doesn't grab my interest.
Option a seems so much bigger than c or b. Seems like youd have to buy a lot of b and c to equal a
I picked A as my top choice as it shows off what the stuff is made of. I picked B as my next choice as the green color makes it look like it's a very organic product.
Bags are what I'm used to, so I like seeing them.
I like option A the best because the packaging really catches my eyes.
Option A's packaging is more traditional and can best be identified as fertilizer. Option B's packaging is reminiscent of a dietary supplement and option C's packaging doesn't look like it would fit in the gardening section, either.
The bag is familiar and seems like something that is proven. C and B are not what I would expect fertilizer to look like.

B is a cool color and convenient package. A looks nice but package is bulky, C I can't even tell what it is
i ranked the images according to how well they look and fit for the advert purpose.
This is by far the best choice as it combines compact size with style
I prefer containers for fertilizer if I can get it. I find the bags, like in 'A' spill really easily. I don't feel like it will keep the fertilizer as fresh if I don't use it all right away. That said, I want to get a decent amount for the money and 'C' seems like it might be too top heavy and could easily fall over and spill. I think B provides the best design for the use and won't spill or cause the fertilizer to lose it's freshness.
I feel like B would keep the product more fresh when compared to the packing in A. C looks okay but off by how tall it is,
I prefer the bold green packaging of choice B.
It looks easy to use and spread right from the container. It looks like I can shake a certain amount out without having to use my hands to remove it from a bag. It is resealable too.
I like B because the packaging seems easiest to open and close securely after using some of the product. C is also good for this but it looks like there is less product in C than in B. A looks like it has a lot of product but might be more difficult to reseal securely after use.
Option B appears like it would be able to keep the fertilizer fresh, and also be easiest to dispense.
I feel like the product will last longer in the bottles.
I prefer Option B because it is possible to read the information on the label in terms of ingredients and benefits
I ranked the designs of the food plant fertilizer product that I liked the most. I really like the modern feel of option B the most followed by option C's design. Option A is my least favorite option of the three.

I like the neat packaging. I think it'd be easy to store in a corner
The smaller containers are easier to handle.
They look more professional and smart
I really like C just cuz it looks scientific, also I assume those aren't very large which means there is less materials and packaging which is always a good thing. I guess that you would mix that in or its concentrated and needs dilution of some sort. The same goes for option b it just looks a bit bigger and then I rank option a last just cuz thats the classic model and I like the idea of it coming in these different containers.
The product is modern and lightweight. The use seems to have been portioned to limit waste.
I chose panel C. It is easy to see the breakdown of what is in the product such as how much nitrogen and phosphorus.
I feel like the longer tubes would be the easiest to dispense the exact amounts I want
I like how C has a very clear and cut design. It gives it an edge regarding the quality too.
The tube shap of choice C makes it seem like much more scientific thought was involved in it's creation. Which is bogus, but perception is everything.
