IT IS THE WEBSITE CONTAINING REAL ESTATE DETAILS AND THEIR LOCATIONS AND THEIR REGULATIONS.
The given website is about a real estate website and it provides details and address of the given street and the place.
I like how comprehensive the information seems for an aggregator like this. Everything I would want to see is here (existing house and development opportunity at the forefront). I do think it could use some more color to separate the different sections, maybe. Things do seem to blend together a bit and it makes it tough to pick out some specific sections as you scroll.
I think this is a site where a homeowner or a realtor can generate a report about a house. This can be used to sell it or to help promote it to buyers.
It looks like it's a website that shows different zoning regulations for a property. It looks like it would be used by someone looking to build on or up to their home. It looks like a tool to help homeowners know what they can do before they make their plans. It looks a bit confusing but also like something that wouldn't be too hard to figure out. I think it would be useful for a lot of people. My only question would be is it free?
It is very descriptive but I would like to know value information as well.
Okay, so it starts off with the location, and then goes a lot more in depth. I get useful details. Pricing is a bit... vague. That's kind of a turn off. No real info, initially, on what your report costs. It's alright, but it is at least a little sketchy.
It is a real estate opportunity, but what does that entail exactly. What are the specifics?
It is an existing home that can be upgraded to sell for more.
Its trying to get the area rezoned unsure if they are trying to get it zoned as commercial or for airbnb also trying to add rooms if possible. Why so many zoning rules though?
I understand that I could put 3 single family homes on the lot. With approval I could have one unit per 1000 sq ft. That I do not understand as it seems very small. It appears there is one single family home currently on the lot
It give you the property size and additions added, address. Probably the amount it is worth and such. The street and how many properties are around this area.
It's pretty easy to understand that this website is about property development specifically as pertains to pricing of a place. I dont think i have any questions, i believe that if i were looking into this the information on the website itself would answer any question that I may have.
This is a nice environment I must say, as the air is pure, the atmosphere is just warm and welcoming, the street views are just amazing and calming.
My understanding from the webpage is that the site provides an interesting perspective about a property: it's development opportunity. My takeaway would be I might look at the site to see the development potential for the acquisition of the property. I have no questions - a lot of specifications and details were provided.
This looks like a site for potential property buyers and developers. It lists all the city regulations about the property. This is useful information if you want to build on this lot. I want to know the lot size, as well as more about the current structure, like its age, recent work on it. Also if there are particular codes around parking and curb cuts, garage or secondary structure rules, etc.
I understand that there is a home available in that address for you to bought , is pretty obvious because the page says real state , I like that the address is there and the first to pop in the page , also the picture of the street is great
I understand that this is detail about a property that is meant to be developed. I don't have any questions, this would answer pretty much all the questions I might have.
It looks like a residential building which includes 3 units. It's a real estate website that has this building for sale. Not really any questions.
From the link I see this address is a development opportunity for an existing home. The zoning regulations, historic preservation site information, ADU regulations, etc are all provided. Questions I have: what is the market value for this property? Is this property for sale? Is this a partnership opportunity for sale? What are the historic price/sales information for this address?
This website is about RH3 zoning and is very informative and helpful. This gives the buyer an appointment deal for f how to go about the development of the site and address in question. Most search results are likely to show MLS and associated information such as the year a residence was built, property taxes, listing agent, furnace , square footage , walkscore, schools shopping and the like. By providing information about zoning and city, this gets the buyer thinking about all aspects of realty transaction. This website is about RH3 zoning and is very informative and helpful. It seems like a high-pressure sales real estate website. I would immediately close it out and look somewhere else for into on this address. It seems totally sale-oriented with no personal touch whatsoever. If I were looking to buy a piece of real estate I wouldn't trust this website unless I were a commercial developer.
I understand that this house or piece of property is potentially for sale the the website is giving statistics and information about it.
The page is pretty self-explanatory. It's an opportunity to buy real estate and the page tells you everything it can about renovating the place.
I understand that this house is on the land that belongs to an area that can be developed into something larger. I do not understand though the logistics and details further.
Yes, this is very interesting and unlike anything I've seen before. It gives me the investment / development potential of a particular real property.
The webpage has a very clunky and unintuitive design that makes it not only hard to read, but it the layout is uninspired and unorganized. The page need to be completely revamped with a completely different design philosophy.
It gives me all relevant information I need to know about this property. I don't have any questions about it because everything I need to know is already listed.
I understand that this house is historic and that there are rules for changing anything in the home.
Everything seems pretty straight forward in terms of how the address is presented, I wouldn't have any questions
This seems that it is geared towards real estate investors and developer. I would wonder about the accuracy and track record of this company
It gives you details about the house such as the neighborhood it's located in, the size, and how many bedrooms it has
It provides a lot of information about investing in the property and various statistics of the property.
The webpage provides the current zoning regulations along with several other factors relevant to development for the address listed. It indicates a development opportunity related to this property is available and offers a report on the property listed
This would be very valuable when purchasing investment real estate. I like the zoning info but would relay like some typical investment calculators built in. Also, info on taxes, insurance, rental comps' would be great.
This is a site that I can get information about the street address 298 chestnut st San Francisco ca to Check out what zoning they are located
It was really helpful, it was very easy to find out the address and route map in an simple way because of new technologies. I like this website and I will share it to my friends to use this website. I found that it was very easy to understand and the information's were provided in an simple language. There is a detailed description of route map.
It seems to be a site tailored to real estate investors. Lists information about the lot, the building, etc. I get the impression that the info is not easily compiled, and if I were an investor, I’d be tempted to order the report.
This webpage seems to be designed to show prospective property developers information about a piece of property. It gives pretty in-depth information about the property (address, units, general description, history and zoning) as well as some relevant regulations such as ADU. It also gives height information presumably if someone wanted to replace the property with something larger. There looks to be options to purchase a report or get a sample report which seem to provide more information and potentially the limits of what you can do with the property.
It appears to be a company selling older houses in order for:1. The new owners to greatly improve/renovate the property to its maximum financial potential and either flip it for a huge profit or be a landlord long term.Or 2: Knock down the existing house and build a brand new one according to the allowed rules and regulations for the same flipping or long-term landlording.
I understand the property and where it is, but page could use alot more information and details about theproperty
It appears to be a site about getting information about properties to be used when planning additions to existing construction, or to determine what is allowed within the zoning laws for new construction. It lists a number of different categories of information presented. It seems to be aimed at real estate agents and developers more than the general public. It feels very specialized - it's not really intuitive or something most people would be interested in using.
This is great to see what is allowed zoning wise for this property. I feel that is good information that isn't always readily found. Nice drawing of the plot of land there. Excellent and think it's a good website. I would include more links and information on the property. This can be a nice one stop shop for info.
This looks to me like a website that takes an address and attempts to sell a development report that estimates the value from turning (at least in this case) a single family home into a 3-flat. In addition, it advises on regulations about the height allowed and the historical preservation regulations for the property. I don't think I have any questions. My Zillow search suggests the property is worth $8.7 million. I'm not the market for this home or the services provided by the website.
This looks like a page that would help potential buyers or developers with finding properties. I would like to see some historical date without having to dig around on the page. Then, if interested I would order an updated report.
My understanding is that this site can be used as a tool by developers, investors or even regular homeowners who want to figure out the potential future value of a neighborhood. It looks like there is a variety of statistics available in terms of zoning. Also for the homeowners, it gages the possibility of being able to expand on their current home (adding extensions, etc).
the web page looks more reliable and gives full details about the searched content.
From this page I understand that the image is a photo of the front of the residency. The address given is the address of the house, and the map shows exactly where in the city the home is located.
This page seems to be showing information on a housing development in San Fran. From the street address to the dimensions of the homes as well.
I understand about the history of the home in which this real estate development is showing on their website. I also understand about where the home is location, and how many spaces does the home has inside on the home. To me this website helps me to find good information about finding good home in the near future.
