Every time I click on the video, it mutes the video, even when I pause it or try to turn it fullscreen (Google Chrome). Also, I don't know what platforms this controller is for or what the controller looks like from all sides and functionality of it.

After looking at the site the one thing I couldn't figure out is what system(s) this is compatible with. I see a Nintendo Switch in one image but I am assuming it's any device that has Bluetooth? But does it support all the specific touchpad features of a PS4/PS5 controller, or the extra buttons on a Xbox controller? I'd also like to see thg dimensions of the product.Perhaps these were all there somewhere, but after spending about 5 minutes on the site, as slick as it is, it was not the easiest to find a lot of information at a glance.

This is an interesting controller, however I couldn't find any data on actual data latency times, reaction speeds for turbo mode and if controller knows if ammo is out for auto mode. On the personalization feature, how many characters are allowed?

Great intro to the controller and love the video while at the arcade. Seems perfect and a great spot to have the ad at an old arcade. Excellent design of the buttons there. Lube the color choice and the haptic feedback. Great overall here. More description of the simple vs standard edition of the controller will help.

I think it's highly informative. I just feel that the graphics/images are too large and it really takes away from being able to immerse myself in the site and become equally involved in the text as with the products. I'm also not too sure of the black and green when I look at accessories, but overall the layout is nice and it is easy to navigate.

I can assume it doesn't work with xbox or PS so I guess if you needed a controller for PC maybe. Dont bomb people with pop up, those are the worst. Start with what it works with and the cost, dont make people hunt.

When it comes to the CHOC controller, what are the differences between the simple edition and the standard edition?I noticed the price difference but while scrolling through, nothing immediately stood out letting me know what made one cost more that the other. I reviewed the description of each. I might have missed it but if I did, that might be something to consider changing on the site. It was extremely difficult to come up with any questions about the items, because whenever I tried to review something, another pop showed up that I would have to close. After the forth pop up in under 3 minutes I was fed up with the site. The only question I may have had was about the dimensions of the controllers themselves. They looked like they would not be overly comfortable and I would have a tough time getting a grip on the product because of the design.

I want to know more information about the controller durability.

My only question is if they buttons are as responsive as the real controllers. I bought a third party controller once, and it looked really cool, but the button presses registered a few milliseconds later than the original controllers, which messed up my gameplay experience.
