254 Responses to Option A
this one feels less like an ad and more like radio talk. the other one feels very commercial-like
there is not any real difference other than the music, so it doesn't matter. choose any
This recording seems more energizing and inspiring. Better background music to create hype with the listener.
Option B sounds too much like a Home Depot ad and doesn't fit the theme or style of the content at all. In fact, option A isn't much better. I feel you should lean into a softer track that's more fitting for the intended audience and the content of the podcast.
I prefer Option A. It sounds more confident and aggressive. Option B sounds more passive and less confident. For a podcast about e-commerce sellers, confident and aggressive is the tone you want to go for.
i think this audio is more natural and cool
Audio Intro I prefer for this podcast about e-commerce sellers is option A because it is not overwhelming for the speaker.Option B took my attention away from the speaker because it was so dramatic.
The music in Choice A is better married with the dialog. The beat is also steadier with a more moving pulse, which locks the listener in more. I feel I could concentrate more on the words with A.
I think the music in the background is better in option A and flows better.
I prefer choice A because the background music is less overwhealming. May I suggest the background music be a little lower.
If B was clearer it would probably sound much better than A. due to the quality levels, the highs in A just sound better over all
I picked option A because of the background music used. The background music in option A felt more impactful and more active than the more sparse background music of option B. Option A's music felt epic in comparison to option B.
The voice of the announcer was clearer and easier to understand in this version of the intro. The music was high energy but it didn't step over the vocals like the other version of the intro did. I was able to enjoy this version more because of the clarity.
I feel that A sounds more exciting and it makes me want to improve myself as I heard the audio. B was also good but I felt that it lacked that wow factor that A had going for it. A also used better wording to capture their listener's attention and that's vert important in these type of audios.
The background music in A is less distracting, so that one is better.
I like the music better, and the speaker sounded more motivational. It's easier to get into choice A, and want to hear what he has to say.
I didn't think there was much difference between the two spoken parts, but the music did a lot of difference on how I perceived the ads. The first one was dynamic and interesting, it put me almost in a good mood, while the second one looked like a jingle for a cook show ad or something like that. I definitely prefer the Option A!!
Both choices were pretty bad, I just chose the one that was less obnoxious with the music in the background.
I like the audio intro in option A better. The music is more fitting for this professional sounding podcast and helps make the speaker sound confident. I also think the music in option B is relatively louder and makes it harder to distinguish the voice which I dislike.
A felt like a slower pace which is easier to digest the information the guy is saying.
The actual speech the person gives is the same, it's just the backing audio track that differs. I think A is more upbeat and appeals to a younger crowd. And since the podcast is about online success, and most people working for that tend to be younger, I believe that audio works better with the choice A.
I feel like it has more of a sense of authority based on how the voice is sounds and gets me encouraged more to be involved
I picked option A because I like the background music a lot more. It makes me feel full of pep and has a more happier undertone.
I feel like this one is more thought provoking as well as intriguing, I feel like it would actually help me with growing and actually I'd gain knowledge from it.
I choose A, but only because the background music was a little less irritating than the music in Option B. I think the music was entirely too loud in both of these audio intros. You need to tone down the background so we can better hear the speaker without him having to be very loud just to drown out the music. Neither is good.
A is more energetic and excited. I like hearng it better and it gest me going and want to make changes.
I prefer choice A audio Intro podcast about e-commerce sellers because it is intriguing. The sound makes appealing to hear again. It was easy to understand.
The music in Option A is a lot better and more tolerable than B. Option B is actively annoying to me and would make me want to skip it or turn it off entirely.
I prefer the second one. It's short and to the point and seems more enthusiastic to me.
I chose A because it was way easier to listen to and the audio was clear and you can make out what the announcer was saying. The music complemented well with the ad.
I just flat out like the songbetter. The wording made since in both and was done well. But the song in B was annoying.
I would go with A because it seems lest rushed and more informative. Video A simple gives me a better feeling about wanting to choose the service.
I choose option A e commerce seller to like it.
The other option is just too noisy and hard to understand. There is so much going on that if I heard option B I wouldn't even pay attention to it or remember what it was about. A is much more clear
The music for choice A isn't quite as punchy and annoying. It has a more "progressive" rock vibe and the riff on the guitar is a bit more mellow and relaxed. It's not quite as annoying as all the drums in B. It let's you hear the actual advertisement. With B the music is too punchy and drowns out the voice on the track. The "woah's" in the end just make it seem like every other advertisement for facebook, etc.
I dig the more fluent music versus the pounding one. To me it's less intense and easier to get through the ad.
The background audio was much more uplifting and easier to process than the chaotic frenzy that the other audio file contained. I feel the professionalism of the announce and smoothness of the voice was ideal for a proper presentation and seemed appropriate for such a podcast.
I think this introduction effectively builds hype for the podcast proper. Option B is good, too, but just a bit noisy, and would probably start to sound a little grating--especially if listening to it over and over again while going through old episodes.
The music in the background is so much better. The background music is motiving and makes me want to listen to the entire ad.
I like the bassline of option A's background music. It fit the speaker of the ad's message more and was easier to understand.
I like the song in option A more, I think it fits really well with the intro.
I prefer option A because the music is not quite as loud and is more audiologically pleasing. Also the voice is easier to understand. I think the description sounded better as well.
The music fits much better in A. It gets you pumped up a little better than the option in B.
Is this the guy from home depot? his voice is very familiar to me from another commercial, but not sure which one, both sound decent, but I think the music in B is too energetic, like to the point of being distracting so I focused more on that than what he was saying
I like option A the best because I feel like the audio is more professional and it seems like it speaks to me more.
I like this musical intro more because I feel as if it complements the man speaking much more. Option B is just too loud and all over the place with the noises
the voice and background go better together. They were more in sync with each other. The other one the music was to distracting to me;
I didn't actually like the background music for either video, but the music in (A) was less "in your ears" or strident, and would appeal to a broad range of listeners, especially if its volume were a bit lower.
Choice A just sounds more adventurous and outside the box, which goes better with what the announcer is saying about business. It's a much more indie, sort of rock feel and it just goes much better.
They are both similar. I think I like option A the best though. Just sounds better, more professional
I voted for A because the music in option B was a bit distracting at first. It made it harder to pay attention to the announcer. That said, the end of option B was more impactful for an opening sequence. The song in option A didn't feel as impactful at the very end but in general it fit better with someone speaking over it. Which means, that if someone starts talking over the very end of the introduction song, while its fading out, it feels more desirable for transitioning.
I strongly dislike B because its background music sounds like a Ford commercial. A sounds more professional and authoritative.
I like the music choice in A better, but both clips should use less of their limited time on the outro.
I prefer this rock track over the vocals, it gets you more hyped than the alternative
Be honestly I did not like both choices , Music was to loud , and it was extremely stressful to hear the podcasts.
I would prefer option "A". It sounded professional and high quality. I feel like this intro will attractive and appealing to a lot of people. I would definitely go with option "A".
Of the two options, I prefer Audio Intro, Choice A. It was the most exciting and engaging of the two, both with its beat/music and the spoken intro. Though for full transparency, the first thing both reminded me of was Home Depot's commercials, as they have someone with a very similar voice and flow, even the music is slightly similar as-is the catch phrase. No matter, I doubt many would make that connection and even if-so, I still think it's an excellent intro.
the intro was smooth , noiseless and able to understand even without effects, and it also fit well with the advert word.
option B is a little too intense. I like the more causal approach to this.
I don't really have a particular opinion on either one of these. I will say that for some reason choice A pulled me in more.
The music was less distracting in choice A.
I liked this one better. It was more professional. This one made you want to listen more. It was more pleasing to listen to. Thank you.
I picked A as my top choice as that audio tells you a lot on what you need to do on selling stuff online, and makes you very engaged.
The voice audio is a lot easier to hear in this version. The background music on the other version has way to heavy of a beat and makes it rather difficult understand and focus on the actual content of the voice audio. This version is a lot better to actually get a message across with voice, the other may sounds better overall, but the music in the background is just not necessary.
I like this intro more because it was easier to hear the announcer and wasn't too dramatic.
the music is more fun and upbeat and put me in a good mood with the message. the other one was a little too aggressive and didnt flow with the voiceover
I think the speaker is talking very fast in both of the choices. I like the background music in A better. It sounds like it will be a more positive podcast.
Option B sounded too noisy
The music in A just builds up hype before the podcast. It sounds like something is about to go down, and the information is about to start flowing. I think it is just more energetic and fits the feel of the intro better.
The other music seems to have some vocals associated with it, which throw me off a bit and make it more difficult to hear.
The music in B was too distracting from the ad's message, and the speaker's voice sounded muted. The beat in choice A's music was spaced farther apart, and the speaker's voice was easier to understand.
I think A is better - its a little less manic and overbearing. I appreciate the sentiment more and it makes me want to believe that this could really help my business. As a podcast intro, I would want to attract people not overwhelm them with too much of a powerful forceful statement before they even heard the podcast.
I prefer A because the song was a little more distinctive. I liked the song more, it had a more catchy poppy sound. The other song I feel I've heard in advertisements a lot, or the same type of song and I don't really like it so that makes me tune out the ad a little more despite how intense it sounds.
I liked choice A the best since the narrator is confident with a reassuring tone. Choice B felt too insecure and not appealing to listen to. The audio in choice B also sounded poor and not as crisp as choice A.
I just really preferred the music track in option A. Option B's music reminded me more of an old-fashioned radio spot.
I find this guitar riff to be a lot more unique and novel than the type of sound used in B. I feel like I've heard B a million times before, with that type of rhythm and pounding. A sounds more intriguing, it's easier to catch your attention with the twang of the guitar that someone hasn't heard before.
i think this intro makes the podcast sound more enticing
I am confident I have heard the music for B before, and it is distracting from the message. A is better.
I liked A a lot more. I found it to be much smoother and more energetic in terms of the background music, which gave me an overall more positive feeling about the podcast. I also felt it seemed more polished and professional, which made me view it favorably.
I prefer option A because the sound is better.
My preference for A is because of the uniqueness of the audio, the audio really give some nice impressions about the brand aproduct and the vocal used is a dope idea of audio for this brand and the audio really sound good and mature.
I thought option A offered a friendlier podcast and someone who sounded nicer overall. I also thought it sounded like someone who was more interested in a collaborative model of improvement rather than someone just spouting stuff at you.
I think the background music on A match the tone of the commercial, the heavy guitar riff of be reminded me of a cheesy radio station
I felt like the speaker in A was more energetic and less robotic sounding, which caught my attention more and made me think A was more credible.
sounds more creative
A sounds more positive, friendly and approachable and the music more light and inspiring.
A sounds more reasonable - I can understand what is being said better and the pace of the messaging is better. B is a little manic and that background music is a bit much. I feel that I would trust A more and that it suits my style better.
Option A is flowed and the sound was much better all the way to the end. Also, it kept my interest level up with what was being said a lot more than the other option.
i lke A because it sounds more classic
I didn't notice much difference in the two. B has loud, annoying, hyperactive music and the music in A is better, so I chose A.
I liked the background music better with this option. I can't put my finger on it but it sounds more action oriented to me.
I did not care for "B" at all - the beat of the music was disturbing, and quite uncomfortable. "A" is better, but the background music is still a little aggressive. This sounds like it would appeal mostly to males.
I felt genuinely motivated by the audio. it was full of energy, positivity and encouragement without sounding fake.
Honestly I didn't like either, the voice was way too monotone and it seemed to be talking fast but longer spaces between each individual word that felt very unnatural. I chose A because I felt the background sounds were less distracting. But the voices were equally bad in both of them.
I preferred the music. It was a little more upbeat and less "hard". It gives off the feeling of excitement more than the other option. Since it's about taking things to a new level I like option A.
Option A sounded more upbeat and exciting. The louder music contributed to wanting to listen to it for longer. It made me curious about what the product is.
This was a close call, but I give a slight edge to Option A. For me, the background music/beat sounded more like an introduction, it built up anticipation leading into the podcast. I liked Option B, but I thought the music/beat in it got right to the action so preferred A as I thought it did a better job leading into the podcast. It's a catchy beat that I would remember and look forward to each podcast.
I like the music much better in Option A. It has a more aggressive yet controlled style to it.
The music is more celebrating in the background. It truly fits the ad.
i like the music in the background
I think choice A is much better. The music in the background of the intro makes it seem more immediate, more urgent, and gives it more impact that you need to list to this podcast now. It creates excitement in a way choice B does not.
This is a hard one I actually think both are good. B reminds me of people who like football and it uses the word playback. A just has this snazzy tune that is upbeat and sounds like it could make life and work fun. Out of both of them I think I like A the most but they are a close 50/50.
A is more invigorating and has a more interesting voice, so I prefer it.
I don't like the loud beat behind the words. I find it distracting so I don't focus on the words/content in the commercial.
I like the background music better in A than B. It is more motivating and I like the tone better in A than in B.
I think that both had good high energy background music. But A's was both more general, but also more applicable to business in general. Both had the same voiceover that used sports metaphors, which is all good, but B's doubling down on the sports/competition aspect with the music track traditionally associated with sports events was too much. It emphasized the competition aspect just a bit too much. And I think a lot of people looking to improve themselves and achieve certain goals without necessarily focusing on beating others - and that they might be a bit offput by B. But A really ties into pumping yourself up, and focusing on yourself rather than others.
Open A is definitely better. The background music in Option B has too much going on. Option A is more focused, get's your attention yet in a better way. The more appropriate choice is A.
I understand this one better. It seems a bot slower and the background sounds nice in this one
I feel like A is much more exciting because of the music. It is making me feel more pumped up and excited for it.
I prefer option 'A' as I like the background music much better, it's more upbeat; and it doesn't sound jumbled like the alternative.
The music for A was much more engaging, and make me think about wanting to push forward and get involved (And I didn't even know what the podcast was for initially). B's music sounds like something for sports, or some kind of other entertaining but not entrepreneurial venture - I couldn't get into it and it didn't really draw me in.
It makes me more interested and want to know what this podcast is about.
The intro sounded more positive and upbeat, and I look forward to hearing the podcast
I chose option A because the music seemed to fit better. The music felt like it was part of the message. It was fast paced and upbeat. The wording in both options was similar so that did not affect my decision. In option B the music seemed like it was just there. It did not compliment the message and felt like it was added as an afterthought. Option A was a much better choice.
This one was a tad slower at beginning so it was easier to understand. The end when he said we can do this sounded more realistic. The music was prefect.
A definitely has a better and catchier message if you ask me
I think both options are good but the first one seems more attractive to ecommerce sellers in my opinion.
Oh i like the rock intro better than syncopated drums.
A seems to have a better sounding voice and not a lot of background noise.
i like the music was a bit more upbeat especially at the end and it left me pumped and ready to go.
The both option sounds very similar. I guess the second one sounds a little more relaxed than A, A sounds a little bit faster than B. So I prefer A since you have more time to think what he said.
In my opinion option A sounded much clearer and smoother. I like option A because the speakers voice is very powerful and clear, and makes me want to hear the information in the podcast.
I chose option A because the instrumental outro is more upbeat and makes me want to get involved.
I prefer A. It sounded like a great hype song. It would get me jazzed up and ready to go. The beat grabbed my attention right away and I was tapping my keyboard to it. As an e-commerce seller, it would pull me in and I would be ready to listen.
The music was low enough that you could focus on what the speaker was actually saying in this option. Option B, the music was way to loud.
A is preferable to B because the music seems to have that upbeat quality to go with the words (e.g. "its time" "lets do this"). With B the beat (sort of like drums) feels more distracting, like it is competing with the words. So as a podcast intro, where the goal is to listen to the words, I choose A.
I think choice A is better. The main reason I think that is that the cowbell is less obtrusive than whatever drum was on option B. The drum on B overpowered his voice. I felt as though option A sounded a little faster paced which got me more excited about the service. Overall I think A was the better of the two.
I think A because it is a little more inviting. B's music is a little bombastic, maybe overselling it.I will say with both, the voiceover is mixed weird. Hard to listen to. It's rough and is too loud. And it "peaks" I think.
Although both sound tracks are good, I would choose option 'A'. Option 'A' sound track is more upbeat and carries the tone of the message better than option 'B'.
I prefer A because the other one seemed a little to fast and rushed.
The musical background of Option A is much more clear with true melody and harmonic content- B sounds distorted and mostly percussive, and detracts from the voice-over.
The guitar music is more fun and has more melody
Choice a makes me want to keep listening
I felt like the music or beat was fairly cheesy, like I had heard it before on another commercial. And maybe try it with a female voice too and then decide.
I pick Choice A as the pace of speech was just right and the message was able to be understood. Choice A is overall way easier for the majority of consumers to understand and hear what is being communicated. Choice B was entirely too fast and I really had to concentrate on what was being communicated- I would not go with this option at all. When I hear advertisements and/or information displayed at such a pace, I zone out and don't listen to what is being said.
A sounds better because the music is energetic and elevates his speaking. B is a little too distracting from what he is saying so A is the best choice here.
Seems more upbeat and higher energy.
I feel like the underlying music invokes an aroused emotion which makes the listener want to pay more attention to the track and thus the speaker.
I like the music and the overall feel of A. It has a better sound and really pulls it all together. I like the ad and the sound.
It's more convincing that A will make you more successful because it tells u what it will do for you
I enjoyed the music in choice a better. I think that the music flows better with the dialogue and makes the words sound clearer. The music pulls the listener in and makes you focus on what is being said. The script is meaningful and gets you fired up to do some work.
Both are good and both sound basically the same, with the largest notable difference being the back-up track. I really lean toward A just because if I'm thinking of work or advancement or progress, I want to feel upbeat and excited, which is the mood of the music in choice A. The music in B is excited, but instead of "upbeat" it has more of an aggressive tinge to it, which makes it just slightly less fitting than A.
I like the back round music better
I like Option A overall better the tempo build up make me want to check it out. I think you need to be careful with the first few seconds though, the beat at the beginning masks the words that are being said. I also think the speaker is saying the podcast name way too fast. I definitely missed it the first time around as the phrase "Wizards of ecom" get completely hidden by the background music. I would suggest you fade the music in after you drop the title. I would always emphasize and drag out "ECOM" more. It's not very audible. You seem to have plenty of empty unused time at the end so taking it slower overall would help. Option Bs music to me feels generic. I've definitely hurt a similar tune when watching sports ads and I would associate it with those ads and would be less interested.
I like Option A because the audio is more professional and easier to understand. The music is upbeat and lively without making it difficult for me to understand the person talking. I don't like Option B as much because the music is too loud and aggressive. It makes it difficult to understand the person who is talking and explaining what the podcast is a bout.
A felt more to the point and more energetic. It had the entrepreneur and hustle vibes that I think they were wanting to give their clients.
I like them both but I like option A a little better since the music is a little more catchy. I like how the guitar (I think it is a guitar) grabs your attention a little more than in the other option.
The copy seemed to be about the same in both but the music in A was much better: it was more energetic, less distracting and matched the tone of the spoken copy perfectly.
A just sounds more upbeat and fun. It makes me feel like I will be able to achieve what they are selling.
I really prefer A. The guitar riff and accompanying music fit very will with the audio and tone of the narrator. Option B music is a bit of a mash up and does not flow will with the narrator or his message.
I prefer option A because I think it better describes the podcast and it is more enticing for me to want to listen to it and learn more.
The background music was just more interesting and better on the ears than option B. This option came off softer, warmer and a lot welcoming than option B.
I played them both more than once and neither one has audio.
They're really about equal as far as I'm concerned.
I feel like the first one sounds like a knock off of some sort of Imagine dragon's like song, or knock off. IT works very well, and makes me think of working. I think the second Video, B, the one I didn't vote for, is a knock off of Dropkick Murphy's shipping off to boston like song. Except it SUCKS. the beginning is very weird, and makes it hard to figure out what the narrator is saying. As both Narrators basically say the Exact same thing, the music is the big difference. So I would go A
I prefer the background music of A much more than B.
Option A is much, much better in terms of background music that get you energized and not overwhelmed. The music is Option B is atonal and so distracting that I had difficulty paying attention to the speaker!
I think the voice is much more clear and direct in A. It's forceful and makes me feel like I'm being called to action. I feel compelled to listen.
I think this one sounds less like a ESPN knockoff.
I prefer that musical background. The other one is a little too dark. A little too over played. Just the topic alone lets you know the user is taking it seriously. The more lighthearted tone makes it feel and sound more hopeful, more energetic.
This one is so much more geared toward business, the other one sounds like a sports intro clip and like guys should be hitting each other in the background.
I like one because I can understand the speaker with better clarity than the other one. I didn't really like the background noise that came with Option B. It was too distracting.
I chose A because this Audio Intro was clearer that the other one. Also this Audio Intro bold, dynamic and engaging.
I listened to them both a few times and did not hear much of a difference in either but Choice A seemed to have less distracting background noice so that is why I chose that one.
I prefer A audio better since the message in A is more clear and easier to understand.
This intro is easier to follow as the background audio is not as distracting. The background music blends in better as it is continuous with less of a dramatic or long-spaced beat which makes the voice over easier to comprehend. Additionally, the background music is more constant and has less of a build-up which also contributes to it being less distracting from what is being said.
I definitely liked option a the best. The music really set the scene for the commercial. It started kind of low and really built as the commercial went on. The end really matched the excitement I think the ad was trying to portray. The second clip was ok but the music was kind of distracting. The beat seemed off from the voice in the ad.
i think A is best, it seems more attention grabbing
This one had shorter words and more easily understood; the other option seemed to use bigger words and I lost track and attention of it quickly.
I like the music background much more.
THE QUALITY OF THE OTHER AUDIO IS SUB-PAR
Both ads sounded a little mono-toned. The music in each pepped up the vocals a little. But I chose A over B because option B was very rushed sounding. The voice sounded like someone had sped up the speed a little too much. It was hard to concentrate on what they were saying.
Given the nature of the topic, I see the necessity for uptempo music. My preference is A, it's not as heavy sounding and more energetic. B sounds like it's aimed more at young males, whereas A feels more appealing to a wider group.
The audio sounds more vivid.
The background music is a bit more cheerful and gives off a happy mood. Option B was a bit more high tension.
For for the podcast about e-commerce sellers called "The Wizards of E-Com", I prefer audio intro A because the voice narration is played slightly faster, and the narrator sounds more excited, enthused, and confident than in audio intro B. By listening to intro A, I get a better feeling that by listening to this podcast, I will get better results than intro B suggests. Also, I much prefer the upbeat, energetic music played in the background of intro A to the droll, drum-pounding music in intro B.
This song fits a podcast intro a lot better than the other. It also fits with the words being used to describe what the podcast is about and doesn't fight them.
Those guitar melodies keep my ears tuned in better in A than B I think.
I chose this one because I liked the music better than the other one
I prefer Option A because the music seems more friendly and less aggressive. The music in Option B sounds more aligned with sports, specifically the sports betting app commercials I've been hearing recently, but the podcast is about business. I might tune Option B out thinking it's a sports-oriented podcast which is not of interest to me. However, the music in Option A is softer and more flowing. The sound falls to the background and I'm more interested in the speaker and what he is saying. For these reasons, I choose Option A.
I prefer option A because there was too much background noise in option B. Option B sounded like it was flooded with unnecessary background noise and it make the speaker hard to hear when he was talking. Option A had a much more clear speaker and the background noise sounded more smooth vice "grainy"
I liked the music better in Choice A. It seemed a bit different and unique, while choice B used the same old, generic, generate excitement type music. B felt a little gimmicky or sales-pitchy. I did not like the voice over in ether, they need more emotion and spacing in the text. Both seemed very structured, scripted and a bit boring.
I think the background music in choice A helps add a punch to the narrators pitch and makes me want to listen to the podcast.
I like that the speaker talks a lot faster so we can get the info without wasting our time.
I strongly prefer A because of the song and instrumental in the background. The guitar riff is very catchy and goes well with the speakers voice and tempo of his words. The energy behind the speakers voice goes great with the upbeat guitar riff
I like A best. I feel like the music in this one compliments the seller's voice perfectly and it doesn't seem like they're clashing as the other audio does. I also feel like the audio should be slowed down just a little. The seller's talks really fast and it was hard for me to understand at times. I think if I heard it at this speed while I was busy I might ignore it.
I prefer A. They both sound like every other run-of-the-mill podcast intro, very formulaic. But A has a stronger background music and the voice over seems to convey a bit more interest and urgency.
I think the music on Option A is much more motivating. It encourages us to get up and get moving.
It was clearer that B, B was so distracting .
A seemed a little better paced. I could hear him better, it didn't seem as scratchy, and there was a line about you and your playbook that I liked in the A option. I also preferred the ending being more expected. In B, the ending took a while and the music kept playing and I was ready for the commercial to end, but it didn't. A paced itself better with the tune and ended more on flow.
The heavy beat of B was too heavy metal but the more mellow music of A, which also fast-paced, seemed more grown up and sophisticated, more like the music on financial programs on NPR.
I think the commentator talks fast, maybe to keep pace with the equally quick music. The reason I chose A was simply liking the backing music more as they were saying the same things and with the same person; it was the biggest variable.
Both are done very well, and are polished. It was hard to choose, but listening to Option A made me want to listen to the podcast more, while listening to Option B I kept thinking about how it sounded like a commercial (but it wasn't bad). Option A made me want to listen for more, while Option B elicited more of a sit there and be entertained for that moment response.
This one sounds more genuine, but both seem untrustworthy.
A is catchier and not as loud. The rhythm and bass are more prominent here, and that percussion that's so dominant in B is just annoying. That said, I don't think the music needs to go on as long after the actual ad content ends.
This one is less busy and allows me to focus on the speakers voice. Production and mixing are A+
I preferred the background music in A more than B but it both of them it was still too loud
I much prefer the song in A and I think it goes really well with the content of the message and the idea its going for. I also think the mixing on the audio is better in A and between these two that would have to be my choice.
I think B's music is a bit too dramatic. It takes away from the word content.
I like A better because the music sounds more like get-pumped music. The music in B sounds like a really generic ad - it may be the actual music from one of the online universities right now? The music in A doesn't necessarily stand out to me more, but the music in A definitely feels more motivating and hyped, and not quite as stale as B. One thing though, I think A's music track volume does need to be turned down a bit so that it's less distracting from the speech.
I chose A because the background music was more upbeat and actually makes you feel excited and pumped up about the pod cast. The person's voice sounded more upbeat as well. Option B didn't work for me at all because of the clanging in the background music and it had a down vibe to it and was more monotone.
I like A a lot better. I felt the like speaker was quicker to get the point and more direct. The music seemed to be better, I wasn't distracted by the background noise.
Option A, by far. Option B is incredibly intense and intimidating. I think it will turn more people off than motivate them to listen or better themselves through knowledge from the podcast.
Choice A is much better than B. The music that is playing is more original sounding and I like that it has a high energy feel to it. That high energy feel is complimentary to the speaker who is talking fast and full of energy. It is a natural fit. Plus, after the speaker is done talking, the other option just kind of goes nowhere. It doesn't feel right, and feels like something is missing or someone forgot to press stop. Choice A stays strong and loud after he finishes talking, and then slowly fades out. For me this is a decisive win for Choice A. No question about it.
A has a pleasant music sound track, particularly a recognizable tune and consistent rhythm. The background soundtracks are the most prominent element of any piece of audio/video. advertisement, the "bed" the words rest on, and it can't be a distraction that takes the listener away from the message. No. 2 is just an irritating sound any listener would be anxious to get away from, and would never even hear the words spoken over it.
I prefer Option A because it is clearer in what it can provide for the listener compared to Option B. I like when Option A said that there were "actionable items" because that is something that I can take away, it is tangible and I feel like I have a plan that will allow me to make progress towards my goals.
I chose A because it sounded faster and explained more. I liked where the emphasis on words went and what words they chose to emphasize. I didn't like the ending at all.
I like the audio to option A much better...the music is good on option B, but upon several listens, it seems to distract from the message. The audio on option B is brilliant in that the music builds, and the songs starts to kick in right when the message says "right now" . I thought it was very effective.
A seems to flow better. It’s not as ‘hard’ of a sound. A sounds better with the voice too
While I think that both intros are generally good, I chose A over B because the music was a lot more upbeat in comparison to B and I felt that it fit a lot better with the audio. Additionally, the music in A made me want to take part in what they were offering a lot more and it made me feel energized. In comparison, while B had that "get to work vibe" sort of like what they use in a lot of truck car commercials or work related commercials, it turned me off of it a bit because of that. It made me think about those types of commercials and how they are overdone and took away from my interest in the podcast. Additionally, the music didn't really flow well with the audio and as a result it was more distracting. I feel like most of the message would be lost because of this. In contrast, A has music that really flows well and doesn't overpower the audio in any way, nor is it distracting. Furthermore, I feel like the episodes in A would be fun and informative in a way that is very engaging where as B gives me the sort of impression that it would be more like a classroom course and not presented in a way that would be very stimulating.
The background music in this clip seems to be more in cadence with the speech of the speaker. It makes it easier to concentrate on what the speaker is saying instead of dividing attention between the speaker and the music.
A had a better tone to it. I felt more engaged with it and wanted to learn more.
The background track in A is much better than B. I like how it builds up during the intro speech and then gains even more energy after the speech is over! I also like the feel much more than option B's intro.
The music gave me motivation where B did not as much. A music was pleasant. B sort of annoying
Honestly, I think the voiceover in BOTH spots is much too fast -- it's hard to internalize what he's saying because it's SO quick -- but ultimately I went with A because the background music is better. The track used in B sounds more like distortion -- so much so that I had to stop and replay because I thought there was something wrong with the playback. That's not a good sound at all. A's background track is much cleaner and crisper, and doesn't compete with the voiceover for attention like B's does. Overall, A just feels like the cleaner choice between the two, but if possible, consider re-recording at a slower pace.
I like how the music in A starts out slow, but builds up over time. It grabs the listener's attention.
I would go for option A because the background music used was not too loud and not noisy compared to option B. Plus, the voice in option B is more clear and audible.
I selected option A because I found option B very difficult to hear the guy speaking with the loud background music. Option A has a very calm background music that slowly ramps up while in option B it is very loud and strong at the start. I prefer the option A choice of music and the ability to clearly hear the voice over option B.
A is clear and has elaborated the product well
Lets be honest, Option B seems lifted from the intro to Football on Fox. It positively drips with testosterone. The growling announcer may inspire men but I guarantee you will alienate 90 per cent of women and LGBT people with this cartoonish tripe. Option A at least makes some attempt to be appealing to all genders.
I chose A because is caught my attention up front and had just enough information for me to be intereste.
I like the fun more happy music in A. This makes me feel good and interested. The other choice with the driving beat was stressful and annoying.
I like A because it flows a lot better with the music in the background. The banging and the intro doesn’t mesh well in B and makes it a little tough to hear. I listen to a lot of podcasts and when I hear the intro to A I would believe this is going to have good information and well made.
B sounded too intense--engaging, but more masculine. I liked the background music much better in A. Both ads were motivational and did make me want to listen.
I chose as it appears more upbeat than B. The The voice appears clear and more to the point. The person doing the voice is more insistent in getting the message across.
I like choice A because there seems to be more guitar riffs and the overall music sounds better.
I preferred A. For some reason, the music in B reminded me of the music from the Home Depot commercials. “More saving, more doing” and I hate those commercials. It turned me off. I like A much better, it was put reminiscent of anything that I didn’t like. The music sound sped excited to me and enhanced the narration.
I think that both are similar but I found that the choice b audio was a bit faster paced than that of the audio of choice a. It made for it to be harder to understand. I think that the pace of the choice a audio is better. More natural and more hyped in tone too. It's telling me how I want this.
I think the background music is less distracting in A. Also B’s music sounds like it’s from a military action video game
I thought A sounded less noisy in the background, more clear and concise with the message. I generally liked it better.
The background music in A is a lot better with the guitar and much more engaging than the thumping in B
Option "A": The narrator's message is quite well done but this instrumental provides a driving (yet does not overpower the voice-over like the other) beat that builds to rock/funk proportions throughout the narration and kicks up at the end with perfect timing for the episode opening.
I much prefer the slow paced background music in A - B sounded way too upbeat and made me think this was not going to be a very serious podcast and was quite distracting because of it.
Option A has clearer sounding audio. I also do not think I would be compelled to immediately change the station if I heard Option A. Option B has a grating sound quality and sounds too busy, and I think people would change the channel because of it. Sound has emotional effects and Option A is resonates better in tone and quality.
Both of the options have bad audio mixing. The background music is too loud for the narration to be fully understood, it is distracting and just not allowing me to focus on what the narrator is saying. If I have to choose, it's Option A, as the background music is milder, but it is still too loud and distracting. Option B is just not working for me, the background music is too loud and it fights the narration and does not help it.
With "B" is appeared that the music was more important than the message. It was hard to understand the man clearly and very distracting. Most business owners I know would not give it a second thought. Choice "A" was better, not great, but better. The words spoken were easy to understand and the music was not as offensive. However, as a Senior Business Consultant, I have to advise you...this music is not the best choice either. Most of my clients who I need to "push" into e-commerce would not respond to something like this. So between the two, go with "A", but if you can, try something more basic. Emphasize what you can do, not the music.
I prefer option A because the background music is less distracting and compliments the speakers voice. The speaker also sounds very friendly. Option B background music is very distracting and loud. It almost overrides the speaker.
I chose Option A because it is easier to hear and pay attention to the speaker. The background music also sounds like a popular guitar rift and therefore is more memorable.
The messages were pretty similar, if not identical...therefore the deciding factor for me was the background intro music. The music for A was better and also when the voice intro was done, the transitional music was better for the host to eventually introduce themselves.
The voice on both was distinct, but the music in the background for A sounded clearer and more direct
I liked A. The background music got my attention more than B's. I liked the steady upbeat tone it had throughout the spot and not just at the end.
I liked both options a lot. I chose Option A because I felt the guitar sound was catchier and didn't overshadow the speaking. Option B was good to hype up the message, but I felt the drum/boom sound was a little loud and distracting from the message.
I chose A because the voice was more audible, and easier to under stand, also the back ground music did not drown out the voice, or make it seem like there was background noise interfering with the message.
Obviously, the script for both of these is very similar. I'm not a huge fan of either piece of them music, but A has a bit more of a drive to it and a hook that catches the attention in a way that B does not have.
Choice B did not seem trustworthy. It felt like an ad on youtube for a service I would believe to be a scam. I feel that the faster speech in choice b takes credibility away (fast talking used car salesman feel). I like the content, I just prefer the way it is delivered in choice A.
I much prefer A over B because the background music in A is not distracting the way it is in B. In A, the man speaking/the words he's saying/pitch for the product is at the forefront, whereas in B, the music is overpowering, and it's hard to focus on the message.
A was more engaging and easier to understand. B had an accent that was more distracting
The guitar riff in the background for Option A sounds much more energizing than the guitar riff used in Option B. Both tracks are good, but Option A makes me feel a bit more enthusiastic to listen to the podcast.
A has a strong voice and caught my attention. It would keep my attention and make me want to listen.
The music in B is more annoying. Just a banging drum beat. Both are too infomercial-like.
I chose A because I like the music in the background better. It sounds more upbeat. Also, the man's voice is less aggressive sounding. I don't care for B because it sounds like a non-trustworthy ad that is trying to sound like a news broadcast.
The background noise fit better than B. It is not as distracting.
I much prefer the music paired with the audio in Option A when compared to Option B. I feel like the bass of the music in Option B competes too much with the narration, enough to make it distracting. This is why I prefer Option A.
I prefer A because it has less background noise which is distracting from the message. Both could be better without all the music which is too loud and mutes the delivery of the speaker.

I like option B because it is more motivational. I also liked the tone of voice that the speaker was using in choice B a lot more
I prefer option B out of these 2 option as I like the background audio quite a bit more as it makes me feel like I want to get up and get working which is also what the speaker is talking about in the intro as well in terms of getting to work on me and my business.
I feel like B is much more focused on the user rather than the product, which is a nice. touch. There is also more flow to the lines compared to A.
Choice B sounds better overall in terms of presentation
Listening to both recordings, I felt like the voice in B had more conviction and belief in what he way saying. It got me excited to get into what he is saying. A was not as emphatic. It was still good, but it didn't grab my attention like B did.
Choice B is better. Choice A is a little to busy and noisy and the music doesn't compliment the podcaster
I feel like I have heard everything in A a million times. At least B has a better music theme.
I think the background music for B has more of a march-like quality, which fits the "action packed" voiceover. It sounds more like a call to action, if that makes any sense!
Choice B was the clearest and most motivating. The other option was a little incomprehensible. But B was direct and made you want to listen. I wouldn't have to play it twice to be sure I understood everything the speaker said. Very well done.
This one has better energy overall and I like the pacing of it. The overall vibe from this would work slightly better than the other choice in my opinion.
I think the background sounds a little bit different in this choice and I like it better I also think the vocals are a little bit clearer although that may just be my way of hearing it. I think the general feel to it has more of a punch to
I think the background music in A matches the tone better.
B is more driving, like a countdown to a game, something urgent. The vocals and serious music belies a big game. It seems like it's sports oriented much more than A. I like it much better, it's more serious and urgent. That's probably what you want, to grab em.
I prefer Option B because the music is more subtle. I found myself struggling to listen to the announcer in Option A because the music was so overpowering.
The music for B definitely fits much better with the "no fluff" statement because it is much more intense.
I think B is better because the music of A makes it a little harder to understand what the guy is saying. It is easier to understand the guy in B in my opinion.
I like B better. I think that it being slightly slower sounds better and gives my brain more time to process what is being said
I like the background music a bit more. It was easier to understand the dialog with B's music. I liked A's music more towards the end but it was distracting at the start.
The audio in B is much clearer, because the background music doesn't 'stifle' it. It is much easier to hear the actual name. I also prefer the music in B, and the person's voice is very motivational.
Option B: The beat/melody used makes me feel as though I am in a football stadium, during the superbowl ready for my team to come out and dominate. I also feel the messaged is more felt with the beat, as it makes me feel like, you know what yeah! lets do this NOW! no need to wait. I feel pumped and ready to take on any challenges. The entire vibe is of, its time to react, act, and implement. option A: makes me think of a funny commercial, I would not take serious the beat is too upbeat, like if its going to demonstrate dog treats or something.
The music on option B sounds much more exciting and grabs your attention. A sounds less exciting and doesn’t grab your attention
Option B sounds better.
They both seemed to have equivalent narrators with similar styles, but B came in with charging energy and slamming drums. This completely took the cake between the two and I would have been motivated with their approach.
B has a much more inviting and welcoming tone.
The background music in both of these is cheesy and cheap it sounds more like a Jack Daniels commercial then an E-comm commercial but given the options I pick B.
it sounds much better
I think Option B is a better audio intro for the podcast that it is for. The podcast says that it is a "playbook" which makes someone think of sports and the background music and the cadence of the speaker's voice is sports-like.
I listened to both choices and I selected my choice based on the music in the background. I felt the music in my selection was more upbeat. It inspired me more than the music in the other choice. I felt like this music would put me in a good mood, and I would be more interested in listening to this podcast.
It sounds it could give you tips on how to can actually work on you e-commerce business.
I prefer B but I don't like the line Take your life to a higher level. The line is pretentious and assumes a lot. I like the rhythm in B best of all.
The background music has a better impact and gets the listener hyped up for the podcast. The bass beat works well and gives a better sense of excitement than the other option. The other option had music that was slightly jarring and didn't fit well with the tone of voice. The one I chose fits perfectly in my opinion.
The music in intro B was more inspiring/motivational and I think that is an important quality of this type of podcast so I think it would be more effective overall.
Option B sounds more prefessional as well as more motivational. I think Option A came across as fun and goofy.
Is there really all that much of a difference? Both sound overenthusiastic, fake-excited and jumping around like "Steve Ballmer selling Windows 1.0" (if you haven't seen that video, Google it..it's funny.) I wouldn't buy because of either audio..but I guess I would say B is slightly better over-all?
I choose option A e-commerce sellers I like it.
B is more intense and engaging. I felt my energy level rise a little listening to it. A sounded more happy and contented, which is fine in general but less likely to catch my attention and motivate me to research the podcast.
The background music is very motivating and fast paced, I feel more energetic after hearing this type of music compared to the slower guitar theme of Option A.
Option B is much better as the speaker is paced and you can actually make out what he's saying. With option A, the person is speaking so fast that the words are garbled and it sounds pointlessly rushed. Both clips last the same amount of time, so it makes sense to use the clip where the audio is actually decipherable.
Choice B is my preference because it sounds better and more effective. Beats/music used is definitely more attention grabbing and memorable which makes voice of the speaker stand out and pay attention to it. I really like B.
I prefer B. I like the sharpness of his voice and how it goes with the musical accompaniment better than the intro in A.
The voiceover seems to be identical, and so the real difference comes down to the background music. I find the music of option B much more uplifting and energizing, almost like a kind of stadium rock. I like the way that the conclusion, "Let's do this," leads into pounding drums and the sound of applause.
I would certainly prefer Option B. I think the background music for B is much more motivational and energetic. It would give me an impression that the podcast is powerful and helpful, and it would assist me to strive my e-commerce business to success.
B is bold, convincing, persuasive, and empowering.
This choice comes across as more exciting and focused. The music is more intense and that gives this a sense of urgency.
It sounds more upbeat and something i would want to listen to on the radio
I like Option B a bit more. I really enjoy the background music, it goes well with the "no fluff playbook" line as well since it sounds almost like audio that would play during a sports game.
I think I prefer option B.1. The audio matches the tone of the speaker, the audio in the beginning is mellow and doesn't overpower the speaker. But the beat does tend to pick up during the "climax" or the end of the speaker. 2. The speaker presents the main points well, there is a clear objective.3. The audio at the end is a nice touch, it keeps the audience engaged.4. Overall the background audio isn't overpowering, it complements the speaker.
I like Option B better because I like the background music much better than the music in Option A. The music in Option A is too distracting and takes away from the message. I feel like the message gets lost behind the music. You can hear the speaking in the message easier in Option B.
The voice of B feels like it is talking to me. It is authoritative, strong, and confident.
I listened to them both twice. Each time, I found the music for #A to be more distracting, taking my concentration off of the words being spoken.
The music in B seemed much more fitting to the message being conveyed, and it contained far more energy and exvitement.
It is easier to hear, and less drowned out by the music.
The option I chose sounded a bit more stronger and enthusiastic and made me feel the energy and the enthusiasm the speaker was saying.
I like option B more. The background music in option A is too loud and distracting.
Option B sounds less rushed and more relaxed. I think it is easier to listen to.
Gets me pumped up listening to it, hyped to experience the product.
I chose B largely because of the music used in the intro. I feel it is more engaging, and makes me excited to learn more. Since what is said is essentially the same, this musical distinction makes all the difference. Conversely, while I enjoyed listening to A, the music did not come across as distinct. This gave A an entirely different tone; one I did not enjoy as much as B.
I feel like the audio is just a bit clearer in choice B. They are saying the same words and they are attention grabbing, but I felt like I could understand choice B just a tiny bit more than A
I like how it sounds overall it seems more catchy and creates more urgency and goes well with the message
It's easier to understand, and not overwhelming.
B was nice and sharp sounding. Very clear and understandableNot harsh soundingVery soothing and easy listening
I find this audio intro for a podcast to be the most captivating, compelling and empowering as well as encouraging. This audio intro is truly remarkable.
The audio blends too much in A meaning you can hear the speaker better in B.
A sounds to busy and to fast paced and makes you kind of tune it out
The audio intro for podcast B is much more aggresive and has a "go getter " attitude, which makes me more interested in the content.
I definitely prefer Option B's audio into for the podcast about e-commerce sellers. In each video the wording is the exact same, and only the background music is different, but in Option B the music is more driven and determined and stronger than the upbeat, sort of clanky music of Option A. Option B's music reaches down through your body, grabs you by the shoulders and makes your entire being pay attention. It makes you feel encouraged and excited about listening to the podcast, and gives you the belief you'll be able to take on that higher level of online success in your business.
the loud drums and rock feeling make the product seem alive and ready to have a lot of new things they offer
I like the energy evoked the beat and guitar in this option, which is very appealing. The other option is alright, but this one is better. It's a very cool intro music selection for sure!
I chose b because the music in the background was upbeat and catchy. It really caught my attention and made me want to listen more
I picked B honestly because the sound in the audio in A was too distracting. The guitar and the voice seemed to go together in A and it made it hard to hear what the person was saying. Whereas, the beat and the music in B made it much easier to hear that the speaker was saying. I think that B is by far the better option.
B is FAR FAR FAR better. So much better that this shouldn't even be a poll. The music used in A makes the audio sound scratchy and muffled and it's difficult to process what is being said. B, however, is clear and the background music adds to and enhances the intro.
I like B more but not by a lot. The main thing I like more about B is it seems like the background music fits a lot better and is way less overpowering than it is in A. It is hard to put in words but B just seems like it was better made for a commercial while A just seems like put an audio that does not fit behind it.
I like the music a lot more in B it fits the mood a lot better. It gets me hyped up for the course.
I chose B because I found the audio in this option to be energizing, empowering, and motivating. It made me want to focus on the e-commerce seller was offering. On the other hand, A was a bit distracting and slightly annoying to listen to.
I like how B empahsizes this is actionable. A lot of educational stuff turns out to be a bunch of fluff. Also, the vocals are clashing with the instrumentals in A.
I chose Option B because I feel the music builds more hype and excitement about the podcast and best motivates me to want to continue to listen to learn more.
I think the music fits option B a little more, it sounds more upbeat and motivational which may be more suited for its topic. The music in option A sounds a bit too unrelated, more like it belongs in a skechers commercial or something.
I think this audio was enthusiastic about helping people with their online business. Providing actionable items that will help a seller be successful. This audio was more eager and actionable.
I prefer B, but the voice volume needs to be slightly higher than what it is currently. I feel it blends in too much with the background music. I think the person talking in A is talking too fast so it messes up the entire thing.
i like option B the best. The intro music is really hard hitting and get you pumped up to listen and stay attentive. i really like the drum beat.
B has a theme like you mean BUSINESS! much more intimidating in a good way
I prefer the music in the background for option B. The music also makes it a bit harder to hear the words with the music on A.
Choice B seemed much more direct, motivating, and energizing. It reminded me of a Home Depot commercial that encourages people to do their own home improvements.
I like a good beat more than just about anything else in music, and the option I chose made me feel like taking action more than the other one. It was less jarring, too, while the other one almost overwhelmed me with the electric guitar (?), which felt a little "out there" without accompaniment. Overall I think a strong beat can give people a better impression, but that may just be me.
I chose B because I thought that the speaker was stern, yet enthusiastic about the service.
I like the energy level of the music and voice balance of my first choice best. I think the other choice had all of the energy in the music.
Listening to it awakens in me different types of emotions, interest, joy and encourages me to know more about the product. Additionally, its rhythm fits perfectly with the message.
Option B sounds more appealing to me compared to A
I like the music better, it is less intense and more upbeat and fun. it makes me think that the podcast really knows what it's talking about but will also present it in a fun non-threatening way
The music (guitar and drums) are way to busy in B to clearly hear the spoken words of the ad. If the volume was dropped on B it might be tolerable.
Choice B has a better voice suited for this AD, and the background music fits better as well and is not distracting.
I felt that the upbeat background music made me more interested in and attentive to the service.
I would vote for Option B because I can listen to it a lot easier and understand the words the announcer is saying without too much effort, even if I were focused on something else I would still be able to understand the advertisement. In contrast, the background music in Option A has an echo kind of staccato quality which to me interferes with my ability to hear and understand the words of the announcer. I would have to focus extra hard on Option A to get the full meaning of the message.
I like how at the 14 second mark, the drums come in. It makes me energetic to hear the podcast.
I liked the instrumental used in the background for option B. It fits the voice better and has a more hyped up sound to it that just grabs your attention. It also fits with the voice over a lot better in that it has this more action sound to it which fits what is being said.
The B option is better, it feels energetic, but not distracting. I can hear the voiceover. It has a good energy.
I really like the music in option A better, but it was more exciting and energetic than the person speaking - so I paid more attention to the music than the person. Option B is okay, it fits the upbeat vibe and pairs well with the voice and allowed me to listen to the person more than option A did.
The music goes excellent and is well paced for option B. For option A its a bit too slow paced until it picks up towards the end.
AS far as I could tell, the dialog was the same. The A option seemed stronger and more aggressive and it was overpowering for me. B had the same message but seemed more approachable and something I would be comfortable doing.
The music on B fit the narration a little better than the music on A. Both intros have the music up in the mix too much and it interferes with understanding what the narration says. The music on B is noisier which makes it more of a background and has a static beat that matches the way the narrator speaks. The musical performance on A is more showy and distracting and the performance on B is more supportive of the narration.
The background music of Choice B is superior because it is more driving, edgy, and motivating to me. This fits in perfectly with the Wizards of E-Com marketing strategy. As with any entrepreneurial website, the hook has to be really good to compete for consumers to pick up the service. I assess the more driving background music will better motivate these potential consumers to sign up. I recommend Choice B.
I was really drawn into choice B because the background track was engaging and strong. The beat was catchy and I paid more attention to the male voice because of it.
Choice B really stands out and grabs your attention. I listened to it first and wanted to learn more about the podcast. The sound effects worked so great with the voiceover. Option A fell flat because the music beats didn't sell it as much. It was not as engaging to listen to.
the tag line Let's do this, isn't that Home Depot's? Option A sounds like they stole the music and basically the tagline from HOme Depot and a truck company. The guy in option A sounds pushy and like a used car sales man, and I immediately just wanted to shut the audio down and keep looking for something interesting. I like option B better because it doesn't sound as bad. It doesn't sound like the guy is trying to make me buy copper pots, or a weird pillow, or some snake oil that will cure gingivitis. It sounded a little more user friendly and not like he is talking to a moran (that would be me) or trying to be a Baptist Preacher. I like option B best and listened to the whole thing and might pick out and listen to the podcast.
I chose option B because in my opinion the background music went better with the message, the music in option A I feel kind of drowned out the speaking and made it difficult to grasp what he was saying.
I like choice B better than choice A because I feel like B is a really good way to inject enthusism and action into your business. I feel it energizes the business to take action and move foward. I feel A doesn't do that as well.
Option B gets me more pumped up to succeed, almost like I'm being called for the starting lineup at a sports game song, which really resonates with me. I would just turn it down just a notch though cause it almost overpowers the voice at first. But that's the music I would want.
I prefer B because the voice seems slower. The other one had a rushed tone and it was a bit annoying to listen to. Apart from that I don't really have much else to say.
From what I could tell, the spoken script was exactly the same between the two options, so my preference came down solely to what I thought about the accompanying music in the intros. I liked Option B better because the music in Option A did not sound appropriate to the subject of the intro. In particular, the music seemed a bit too "playful" to me and, while upbeat, made me take the message from the words less seriously. The music in Option B, while also upbeat didn't have the same "ding dong" beat to it that I disliked in A. The music also seemed to work somewhat better to "fire up" the listener and get him/her excited about the product.
the background music in B is more action packed related
I like the music more. It seems more serious and less playful, which seems more appropriate for the content.
The voice of the speaker is more suitable for this podcast.
The music and voice had a more emphatic and stronger sound. It came off more powerful whereas the other background music was more laid back.
B because it does not sound as high pitch.
It was a bit easier to focus on the spoken words of Option B than Option A because the background music wasn't quite as prevalent/loud in B. B also sounded a bit more professional and not as rushed when speaking.
The background music in A is too loud and is making it difficult to clearly understand the person speaking. I chose B because it was much easier to understand the speaker clearly.
The primary difference as I see it is the background music. Although it was close I preferred the music in B. It was less distracting and less intrusive and I was able to concentrate on the content easier
I really don't like the music in the background for option A. It is really distracting.
This version sounds better and sounds a litrle more unique for this kind of thing.
I like B, the ad reader is good on both- but I prefer the words he says on B
picked Option B because the "let's do this!" at the end isn't as aggressive as it is in Option A. I feel like the music is still a little too loud in both options.
i think the simple message draws you in more
I prefer Option B. The speaker seems more excited and more ready to start helping you. The background music is a little annoying but infinitely better than Option A. Speaker has a rapid fire delivery but it somehow works and in a strange way it's actually compelling. Option A speaker seems much calmer but very subdued and not in the least animated.
I think the music for B seems to fit a bit better than A for this. A seems like more standard ad read music that goes in the background of something you aren't really paying attention to.
I think this options is more catchy and it is something that I would not mind listening to over and over
I liked that B was a little more aggressive! More get up and go. It seemed like it would be full of great ideas for the business world
This is the better option because the backing track was less distracting and I could understand the speaker much better. In the other version the instruments used for the track interfered too much with the speaker and I missed some words.
I like the action filled background of the first one.
i like the beat of option B it hits harder and hoes by quick, the other option seemed to drag
The audio intro I would prefer for this podcast about e-commerce sellers is option B. Although the words are the same the music in the background of option B is stronger and more motivating.
I definitely choose option "B" because the music you listen to seems to be composed for the site especially, the music has a certain energy that seems to take you forward, it is a melody that seems to push you forward.
musoc on B beeter matches the tone of the announcer
I love B a lot more! A started off a bit fuzzy and it almost sounded low quality to me with the music in the back. I didn't like how it was overpowering (music in back) with voice but with B, I loved how it seemed like the music was going along with the voice and making this whole ad come off a lot more upbeat and energetic. It sounded like something I could hear on tv and the beat was quite memorable for me as well!
The music in Option A is distracting from the main speaker. I much prefer the background music in option b which is not as distracting from the message. The background music in option A is way too overpowering and I get lost in the music and did not pay as much attention to the message.
B is much more engaging and upbeat. It is so upbeat and motivating, and makes you feel very confident. It evokes an 'OK let's do this' mentality.
The percussion in the background music creates a more intense mood, which fits with improving your business more so than the background music in option A which is cheerier.
The music in Choice B is more joyful. It compels me to keep listening- it's upbeat and inspiring. The music in Choice A was too over-the-top for my taste, too intense. You probably want to invite the audience to stay a while, not irritate them to click on something else instead. B is much better for that task.
I like Option B better. The music is upbeat, intense, percussion heavy, and fast paced, befitting a motivational podcast theme, and the drum roll buildup when the speaker says "it's time to work on you and your business" is a good climax for the theme, leading into the show.Option A's music is more filled with repetitive guitar twangs, something you would hear from a band in a casual jam session. The motivational tone of the speaker doesn't fit well with the bluesy theme in the background, and in a way the folksy music actually distracts from the speaker and his words, rather than complement with it beats and percussion.
Choice B was MUCH clearer and made more sense to me. It sounded less busy and overcrowded than A. Choice A was distracting and I found myself distracted by the music. Choice B makes me feel upbeat and like I really want to listen to this podcast. THe voice is clear and the music is more in the background and streamlined.
The music is much more exciting in Option B and seems to fit the topic better in my opinion. I prefer it by a lot.
I prefer option B because it's more assertive and strong compared to Option A. The progression of the intro is also better and matches the background more than Option A.
"B" is much better as "A" is very loud. The beat of the background music is better on "B" also. The intro does need to be pleasing to the ears.
I prefer this audio intro because it sounds more professional and well-made than the other option I also chose this option because I like the way the voice sounded and the way it flow together smoothly and made me really appreciate it
I chose be because it was clear concise and to the point and it gave a feeling of empowerment that it could be done.
Option B is less "Fuddled", there is too much background noise garbage on Option A.
I would like if the music while he was speaking was lowered because at certain parts, it muffles the words and my attention goes to the music instead. But choice B has a much better ending after he finishes speaking - it picks up almost instantly after and seems like a highlight.
It's a little difficult to hear Option A over the instrumental musics. I think Option B sounds more appropriate for a business podcast and sounds a bit more professional to me.
I liked option B better. It had a better overall sound, the music and beat were a better fit. Better tempo and bass. Option A was a bit too high pitched.
The music in A sounds so much like a generic ad that I tuned out. B was different. It kept my attention.
I prefer option B because it grabbed my attention right away. I feel like the music for option A would be better for a video.
I prefer B, it seems slower and more confident and it feels easier to connect and absorb the audio content and connect to it
The intro gets your blood pumping more and actually excited to get into the coming programing. B starts off more edgy and right to the point. Choice A is just to robotic for my tastes and isn't as exciting in my opinion.
Option B is more action oriented and easier to understand
The emssage was near identical as was the music and pacing. It's time to work on you was the main theme for me and I felt it coming near the end in choice B made it stand out for me. Both are real similar and equally effective however.
I think in both the background music is a little loud. I like B a little more because the music does not overwhelm the speaking as much.
The background music in clip B is much less annoying and easier to listen to.
Option B is simpler and easier to relate to it.
I think both options sound just fine; however, there was something about Choice B that just sounded a bit more natural and I felt the male speaker was not just reading off of a script. It came off a bit more authentic and believable.
The music in B makes it more pleasant to listen to. B grabs my attention better. A sounds too serious. A sounds too much like other ads out there.
I prefer Option B. The voice and the tone fit what the podcast would be aiming for much better than the other option.
I thought this intro sounded better in my opinion. It had a catchier beat and just sounded like something that I would be interested in watching. It also sounded cleaner and better quality.
I liked B better because while they sounded very similar I like the music at the end of B and how it wasn't played quite so long as A. I think the music at the end of A was to long for the message.
In option B the music fit better. It didn't drown out the audio and built hype without the music itself overshadowing the into. It's rhythm also fits the words better, option A seems too fast for the speed of the words.
The music in A starts to overshadow the spoken word and detracts from it. Its too distracting, I find my self listening more to the music than the narrator. The music in option B is an undertone to the voice, builds a cadence and hits it peak after the narration is complete.
The reason that I am choosing option B is because of the voice level. I don't feel like the person is talking too fast and I can easily understand what is being said. The energy level is so high in option A that it makes me frustrated to try to get each word of the speaker. It sounds like he is talking way too fast and too loud. The level in option B is much calmer and I can more easily relate to it. The voice of the speaker in option B sounds relatable and smooth and not like he is yelling at me
For me the background music in B got me more pumped up and excited for something which I think goes along better with the message of the intro. The "lets do this" in both versions of the intro seems like too much, perhaps because of the inflection added to it, it doesn't bring that hype.
I like the music in option b better as i fits the tone of the intro better to me. As well as the intro music is better balanced as parts of the speech are drowned out by the music being too loud in option A
It's definitely more engaging with the background sounds and sounds better overall
I like B's background music better, it fits the "no fluff" theme better. It's also more action-oriented and would get more people interested in trying it.
To me, the only difference is the background music and I preferred B. B was powerful and simple. A was too chaotic. B made me want to take action. The music reminded me of the steady beat of a pep rally
This one makes me more interested in the podcast
I like option B more because of the intense grab that the music plays a roll in.
They both sound nearly identical..... my choice was just slightly better.
The beat was better and there seemed to be a lot less fluff here, whicih was nice!
I prefer the intro with choice B. I think the background music is a little to loud in choice A and makes it a little hard to hear the full intro. Don't have that problem with Choice B. Sounds better and can be heard clearly.
Option B's song choice sounds more driven, which aligns with the voiceover's message. It definitely is more intense than option A but seems more aligned with the intended tone.
The speaker in choice B speaks more clearly. Choice A speaks too fast and soft and is harder to understand.
B's beats sound more exciting and dynamic and its voice is more passionate(maybe because of the beats) that makes B more attractive to its potential audiences.
I prefer B because it has a better background music as compared to A
I feel the delivery and speech sounds more organic and not as forced
I think the music is more energetic. It is upbeat and makes me feel excited. It causes me to desire to seek out more information. It feels like they are excited about it and it is contagious. I feel that the podcast would have the same energy as the intro. It sounds more professional as well. Those that are involved in e-commerce would want to attract more consumers they would be more likely to seek out more information from those that appear confident themselves. Music affects perception and I thought it had a electrifying vibe that I think is more appealing. It actually makes me want to listen to the podcast which I believe is the whole point.
The orator spoke with more meaning, the right amount of passion is evident in the enunciation in his words (more so than in the other choice but they are very similar).
I liked B significantly better than A. After listening to them two times, I thought the background music in "A" was too loud and interferred with the message.
I like option B the best because I think the audio is more motivating and more energetic. It has a let's do this/I can do it/make it happen vibe and I think that is super important. It makes me want to get things done and be ambitious.
option b sound quality seemed better and intro was clearer. optino a seemed really distorted
The two options differ on the music. Of the the two, I prefer the music used in option B.The podcast, wizards of e-com, seem to be focused on strategies for online businesses. I think for an engaging intro, a motivating music would complement it best. In addition, the cheers and clapping on the music used in option B makes it seem I'm about to listen to pros in whatever topic I'm about to listen to.Option A uses a somewhat sillier music in my opinion. I think this fits if the intro was somewhat trying to be funny. I just feel like there's a tonal disconnection between the music and the intro. It makes me want to skim whatever is being said by the speaker.
I like option B the best because the background music sounds more serious and stands out more to me.
I decided to vote for option b because I felt that the background music went much better with the dialogue that was being spoken during the introduction of the podcast. When I was listening to option A, I did not feel that it went as well with the spoken word introduction. I found that option b was far more motivational and that the background music went well with the content being discussed. I also felt that the language being used, the syntax especially, fit with the introduction sounds much better than option A.
I prefer option B because the music did not seem as loud and the beat was a better match for the speaker's tempo.
I picked B because it sounds better, it was clear to me
Option B sounds a lot more appealing than option A. The music presented with the narration gives the introduction a nice serious tone. I think Option A gives a light hearted approach, which makes me take the intro less seriously than I do with Option B.
this just flows with his voice better, the other one seems to feel like its fighting for air time and not just meshing with his voice
I chose option B because the background music works well with the tone of the podcast. The voice sounds very similar and I would want to skip past that.
I like option A because the music in the background is deeper and rich which makes the voice stand out more and able to understand better.
I'm not thrilled with the copy to either one of these, though I recognize I'm not the target audience. What I will say is that B has a much more driving, enthusiastic backing beat, compared to the more frenetic, chaotic backing for choice A. This whips up a bit more genuine enthusiasm for what's to follow, at least to my mind.
B has a crisper quality, better audio mix, and would be the best to promote an e-commerce channel.
This one sounded clearer and flowed better in my ears. I liked the background music the best as well.
I like the background music of this one much more. It makes me want to learn more and interact.
The audio in choice B sounded a lot better because of the voice of the person went better with the music in the background. it was more punchy and upbeat than choice A.
This audio is more clear and the advertisement is clear compared to the other one that feels like the background music is more loud than the advertisement. I prefer B because the details are well heard off than in A. I believe in an advertisement that you intend to have background music, you should make sure the audio is more loud than the background music.
I think the soundtrack at the background of choice B audio matches the tone of the podcast better than choice A, in which it seems distracting.
In Choice B the voice is more relaxed than in Choice A. The music is a better fit for the measure of the voice pattern. I would slow the voice down a bit so it doesn't sound like the guy is an auctioneer.
This one sounds less rushed and the background music is not as overpowering
It would be prefect if the background music wasn't so loud. Is hard to hear the voice with all that loud music. But choice B music is better than one on choice A.
I am going with B. The music in A drowns out the man's voice and causes it to sound garbled in several places. I can everything clearly in B, and the music does not detract, it adds.
Option B has a more propulsive and invigorating effect on the listener due to the rhythm and the beat. In option A the music is much less congruous with the tone of the speaker. I would definitely prefer to listen to option B over option A.
They are both very good; however optoin B’s music track has that pushing beat. Both of the music tracks are a bit overpowering if they were just a tad bit lower i felt like i had to really concentrate to hear the words. In option A i feel like its a concert in the beginning, optoin B had the continuous driving motion to the music, completing the word track.
I prefer Option B as an introduction for this type of podcast because it is a little less intense and seems more serious and professional which is important for a business oriented podcast.
I definitely liked B better because the music gets me feeling "pumped up" and ready to be excited about the podcast. The music itself feels motivational. Definitely better than A which felt laid back and didn't get me excited.
The background music in choice A is louder and more distracting. It was hard to hear the announcers voice.
Option A seems WAY too busy I could hardly hear the voice at all because the music was too loud and noisy.
I like tge background noise in this one better than the other one. This made me want to move and get started
The music and voice are more energizing and motivating in its message
The music doesn't drown out the voice as much.
Chose B because it is the one that allowed me to focused more on the message rather than the music playing in the background. Option A's background music is a bit of a distraction to what the message has to say.
I liked the music in option B is sounded a bit more aggressive and went better with the sound of the male vocals.
First off the background music is much too loud and makes it difficult to pay attention to the words spoken. Both are good but I like this more more because is has more of a drive and epic-ness. It can also fit better into other sound types since it's not so hard rock and more about a beat.
The background music in B is much stronger feeling for the topic and grabs attention.
B seems like the announcer has more energy and is revving up to tell you something
background score is more pumping in option B when compared to option A
B has better background music that drags the user in more, and the voice over is more energetic
This has a more serious tone. I take it as a much higher quality product due to the tonality and the mood that the music sets behind this option
Even though I think the clapping / banging noise in option B is rather annoying, the background music in Option A is way to loud and drowns out the person talking. It's almost impossible to pay close attention to what you are saying with the music in Option A.
I listened to both multiple times. I think the music is too loud on both and it makes the vocals hard to hear, however, the vibe I am getting from B makes me more motivated and pumped, and I think that may be the target feeling you're going for. Option A kind of reminds me of Las Vegas style music, which conjures up thoughts and feelings of gambling, the last thing I want to be thinking of when starting an e-commerce business. Option B is rhythmic with a drum beat, replicating the rigors of business life and the intensity that should be brought toward any business startup.
In Option B the background music is much punchier and helped me pay better attention to what was going on, it fit well with the host's energetic voice. In Option A the music is a little quieter but contrasts with the host's voice instead of enhancing it.
B sounded more energetic, which is more what I expect for something that's supposed to create a big impact.
B sounds more eager and motivational. I like the more laid back vibe, like you'll learn but it's not too serious, it's fun.
I like B as it is a tad more upbeat in the intro to this podcast about yourself and your business.
The background music in A reminded me of 90s commercials, and was too over-the-top for my taste. It had many sounds going on and was distracting from the message. It sounded too gaudy and pushy. B was energetic, without too much going on. B seemed to be better mixed.
I like the way this one sounds. To me, the other one sounds a bit dated, if that makes sense,
I chose option B because the beat of the background music and the speakers voice were very familiar. The beat of the music was very catchy. The verbiage at the end, specifically, "You", "Your Business" and "Let's Do This" instantly makes me think of the Home Depot. That might be a bit of an issue but I'm not a legal expert. The speaker was easy to understand and annunciated at proper times. The overall verbiage kept my attention and made me want to know more about The Wizards of E-Com. I would definitely want to listen to the podcast after hearing this intro.
I like the sound and the look of the product
The music in B was less grating than the music in A. Also, the narrator in A seemed too aggressive - like he was yelling at me. Narrator B also had some of this but on a smaller and less "in your face" scale.
Easier to understand the voice over the music in choice B. Choice A's music is too distracting and it's harder to understand/listen to the audio over it.
The music in B is less distracting and meshes better than the music in A
B is something I would actually want to listen to and would pay attention to.
The music was much more powerful & motivating. It made me want to take action.
You can hear the pitchman better. In A he is drowned out by the jazzy interlude, it is much more subdued in B yet you still get the high energy from the drumbeat.
In Choice B it is much easier to understand the speaker. The voice is clear and the background music level is low enough not to be an interference. In Choice A the background music level is way too loud and it is hard to understand the speaker.
I chose B, although it was close. In both options, I thought the music was too loud and distracting. It competed with the speaker. However, I thought B was a more effective pairing of music and speech. I liked the spoken message and the speaker's delivery--it seemed energetic and positive in a way that fit the message. The music was suitable but it was just too loud--competition rather than reinforcement.
I like the upbeat music beater in choice B / simply words an clear audio
The background music/sound effects were more motivating. they reminded me of fans cheering and smacking the things in the stands of sports arenas. whereas option a sort of blended in with the message.*both videos the background sound level was way way way to high over the speaking though*
I THINK OPTION B IS MORE CLEAR AND EASIER TO FOLLOW
Option B was definitely much easier to hear. The music, while a bit loud, didn't drown out the speaker like Option A did.
B was way more engaging and made me want to check out the podcast.
Both seems powerful, the the background in "A" seems a bit distracting and gimmicky.
