Which name best represents a product that will allow for apartment dwellers to be able to start and maintain an organic vegetable garden?
38 Responses to Option A
sounds better
Sounds significantly more professional
Option A makes sense most apartments have patios.
I don't know, PorchFarmer sounds a little sordid for some reason
just makes better sense
PatioHarvest would appeal to apartment dwellers more because people in apartments tend to have patios, not porches which seem like outside things with houses.
An apartment dweller is much more likely to relate to a patio than a porch.
"PorchFarmer" sounds fairly ridiculous and borderline offensive somehow
I think it sounds more professional and catchy
Since the harvest is the goal, I like PatioHarvest name better.
Harvest evokes images of the produce you will get from your garden; Farmer evokes images of hard work!
porchfarmer just sounds ghetto.
Apartment owners always die to have a patio and a garden in a patio is like a dream come true. Hence the name/
I don't like either since apartments don't really have patios or porches, but patio seems more reasonable. Something like "balconyfarmer" or "windowsillharvest" would be better.
This one best describes the service offered.
I can easily get the idea by reading that name.
People in urban apartments don't think of themselves as "farmers" but as "gardeners."
Most apartments have balconies or patios, not formal porches.
A-because most apartment dwellers dont have a porch..but some do have a patio like area.
PatioHarvest sounds more like a way for people in the city (who are more likely to live in the city) to create and keep a garden than Porchfarmer, which sounds like it would be something out in the country.
A just sounds better.
Apartment dwellers may be more likely to have a patio.
sounds more urban
The words pourch and farmer bring to mind more rural or suburban settings while city dwellers, your target market, would be more likely to have a patio or balcony.
Because apartments have patios most of the time, not porches.
I like the word harvest because porches are often fenced in and porchfarmer sounds like a hydroponic pot site.
Peope in apartments have patios not porches.
more apropriate
Like the word 'patio' more than 'porch'
it is more clear
it sounds better
it seems good
I have heard about it many times and sounds interesting aswell
I like harvest better than farmer, it sounds like less work.
It sounds more legit and appealing
it gains the users attraction
the name sounds good.
Since apartment dwellers usually live in towns or cities, option A fits better

most apartments dont have patios
PorchFarmer makes more sense for a product target at apartment dwellers because apartments are more likely to feature a porch, which is attached to the unit, than a patio, which can be detached and part of a yard. The word farmer is also very descriptive and does a better job of explaining the product's intended use.
It sounds more like you are actually growing something in the city
B describes the actual occupation
the name sounds more attractive
I like the description of farmer better than harvest because it makes the person sound more connected to the land and agriculture even in an apartment.
Because I do not think apartments have porches but they can have a roof top patio.
Farmer seems to imply the act of growing.
good
farmer is more relate to vegetable garden
fits the description
It needs less space.
