I feel from just looking at the photo that it means do not litter or the stern bird will see you and poke at you to pick up your trash. I feel like it could be a sign on a beach. I feel it may be a company that goes around picking up litter and trash on a beach where people just throw their stuff everywhere and don't care.

I would think that this company offers some type of digital security or protection based off of the company name and style of the logo.

I'm not sure but it seems like a PR type of company. It'll help with your online and offline persona. It will help with your business marketing and act as a way to protect your image.

This is probably a logo for sports apparel such as baseball mitts, workout pants and shirts, or handlebar covers on a motorcycle. Totally a shot in the dark here, but that was my first inclination when I saw this stern bird.
