Which book would you rather read?
Option B won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 27 votes after 2 rounds of votes counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.
Option | Round 1 | Round 2 |
---|---|---|
B | 40% 20 votes | 54% 27 votes +7 |
A | 36% 18 votes | 46% 23 votes +5 |

My top pick makes it seem the most adventurous and sci-fi, which is something I'd be into.
I lie space taxi
I think that option A is the unique and captivating name. it gives me a glimpse into what the book is about without giving anything away.
This title sounds more fun and quirky while the others seem like a more epic journey. The taxi part of the title intrigued me and made me want to find out more about the story.
Rasputin's Space Taxi: The Martian Royalty has a more unique sound to it that seems more fun and original
Space Taxi is interesting to me. I wouldn't mind seeing A and B combined: Rasputin's Space Taxi: The Martian Succession
A I feel is a title that stands out a lot, and does the best job to draw my intrigue to it.
There's so many different things in A that I'd love to read it just to see how it all fits together. B sounds like an episode in a continuing series, and I'd be interested in knowing more. C is okay but 'Journey' doesn't do much for me. It feels forced.
I thought that A was the most unique sounding and that created the most intrigue. I also thought C was a more conventional yet appealing title due to the power themes it conveys.
A sounds interesting in terms of being SciFi and fun at the same time.
That last title just sounds so bizarre I would have to read more of the synopsis
I would rather read Option A because it seems more interesting than the other two options. And Option B just seems more exciting than Option C.
Choice A sounds more fun like humorous fiction. I think life of a Taxi would be crazy adventure.
The turn of phrase in A is so hilarious and so unique that I love it the most. B is good too, but a little more boring. C is less interesting
Option "A": I found this title the more intriguing title and subtitle compared to the others shown; the mental picture it paints is quite engaging.
Okay, "Rasputin's Space Taxi: The Martian Royalty" sounds really interesting. So option A does make me curious to learn more.
Either of the titles with martian makes it seem far fetched and more sci fi oriented
A is my first choice because it sounds a bit fun and quirky. C is my 2nd choice because B doesn't interest me. Captain Rasputin makes me think it would be very military which doesn't interest me at all.

Captain Rasputin sounds like an interesting character. I would want to read more about the Martian Succession as well.
I really like option B, I think the name Captain Rasputin sounds more legitimate than Rasputin's Space Taxy (that sounds rather vague), but Captain gives me something to process. It's a good title.
My top choice seems to be an adventure and history that is recorded for prosperity. Thus I find it more interesting.
The Martin Succession sounds like a book I would read
I like Option B the most since it mentions a "Martian Succession", which implies royal intrigue and power games.
B sounds more fun, it's exciting, and easy to rememember.
I would rather read option B because it sounds the most entertaining.
Option B sounded the most like an epic science fiction book that feels like the action would span from at least Earth to Mars. I also felt more like this would feature space battles between armadas. Option A sounded like a science fiction comedy, which I wouldn't be as interest in, but still seemed fun. Option C wasn't very clear on what it might be about or what genre it might be part of. As a result, I was least interested in this title.
Option B sounds the highest quality and most serious (most like literature) which makes me want to read it. Option A sounds the snarkiest, which while doesn’t make me want to read it, is still appealing. Option C just kind of falls flat compared to the other two.
B sounds interesting and grabs my attentions and makes me want to know more for the title alone, C and A sounds more like the titles for mobile app or a comic book to me
I choose B, Because after reading it I think this option is more attractive to read and more interesting.
A sounds way cheesier than the stuff I usually read, and power games sound boring. I'll always read more than the title before buying a book, though, so the blurb and artwork would be more important.
Based on what I thought would be fun to read.
In option B I can learn about the book, the name of the character and that he is a captain and also he travels to the Mars successfully. Option C sounds like a boring drama about the diplomatic wars in the galaxy
B's title is most interesting and informative for me. Option C has me originally think it is the Russian Rasputin. And option A sounds a little goofy.
B is the more original sounding name
Succession tells a story of a longer legacy. It really stands out more than thee others due to this use of words
The Martian Succession sounds the most intriguing to me just going by titles. I'd be willing to check any of them out but would first find out about B/A
B is probably the most cogent one of these. A and especially C just kind of sound like random word salad. I have no idea what's going on there. At least with B I can get some sense of what the story could be.
The part that really grabbed me was ' The Martian Succession' that is what made me want to learn more

I like the flow of c. Sounds better than the other two
I think this sounds like the biggest adventure. I like that there will be a journey involved. It sounds like there would be a lot of unexpected twists
I like the book title in option C the best as it makes the story sound fun and interesting to read.
I like C, and A the most as they are the most detailed and descriptive.
Choice C is the one that I would most want to read because I am curious as to what the journey that he goes on is and how it ends up being something that relates to or effects a interstellar power game. I want to know what this power game is about and how Rasputin involved in it. Choice B is second to me because I am curious to know what kind of captain Rasputin is. Is he a pirate captain or a military captain? I also want to know what the it means by the Martian succession and how he relates to that. Choice A is last because I felt that the two aspects of the title did not fit at all. The first half sounds like some weird and far out space journey book whereas the second half sounds like it is serious.
C because I think that the overall message looks kind of mysterious but at the same time unique and cool.
Rasputin's Journey sounds more in line of what I would enjoy reading. Captain Rasputin: The Martian Succession also sounds interesting but the first one I selected sounds more in line with my preferences. Lastly Rasputin's Space Taxi: The Martian Royalty just sounds silly.
C has a feeling that it involves travel to many far away places . It lends me to believe that it involves many different sticky situations for the main character to deal with throughout his long journey.
I like the idea of going on a journey, so C was my favorite. It makes the story experience sound more interesting and more like something I could get invested in
Option C is the best because the name of the product is well designed and simple to follow.
Option C got rank 1 because it has more convincing description than 2 other options.Option A got rank 2 because its description is worse than option C has but better that description of option B.Option B got rank 3 because I don't like its description at all.
Option c had the most engaging title, implying a game of intrigue and a sci-fi setting. option b at least implies some of that intrigue but option a just sounds silly and goofy in nature
