Option A is more concise and symbolic of a pin dropping. Option B is a good title, but is too lengthy and over complicated.
This was best because it was more specific and seemed specialized.
"A Pin Drop: Surviving Narcissism" is simple and direct. I'd use that for the book title. Better and concise here. Good and interesting book for those affected.
Just the shortened title for this book is enough to get the point across
I prefer the more succinct title. It makes me want to understand more about the book.
The other title is trying to wrap too many ideas into one line
I prefer short and sweet book titles. More memorable.
I like option A the best because the title stands out more as it is shorter.
I prefer A because it's shorter and more to the point.
The other title is too long, short and simple is better
Option B is just too complex and verbose, so I I would go with the simpler and more mysterious Option A.
I think A is the better title. Between the two, I find "A Pin Drop: Surviving Narcissism" to be a more focused title and one which would be easier to read in full at a glance.
I like the terseness of Option A a lot better. It's short and to the point, which intrigues me. I want to learn more. I feel that Option B is putting all it's cards on the table already, and is just too much for a book title.
Option A catches my interest more because it is succinct and engaging while the other choice is too wordy
Option A is preferable as it is simple and leaves the mind wondering and anticipating. Option B bogs us down with too much information that is distracting
Straight and to the point. Depending on the reader, title B may be addressing way to much or lead someone to believe it will take care of all of the subject items. It may or may not address them fully in the readings.
The title was more straightforward and to the point.
I would choose A because the title is simple short and to the point.
I think the shorter and more focused title would definitely get my attention more than the title with many different afflictions. I think the focus on narcissism would resonate more.
Option B is a bit overwhelming and if this is for personal use over professional, I don't see why all "disorders" would be of interest to the average person. Even if it's for professional use, that's too many topics to cover in one book and I would probably look elsewhere for something with a focus.
This title is so much more simple and easier to process too
The other stuff in the other title doesn't interest me
A because the title is shorter

This catches my attention more because it seemsTo cover more areas. I like that it isn’t just focused on one thing. I think this would be able to help more people
I feel like it's a more detailed description/title.
The more options or topics to cover the better. A may not be enough for people
I think option B is better because it covers other issues besides Narcissism. I and other would probably find it more interesting than Narcissism alone.
I prefer this title because there is so much the term Narcissism, I would be glad to see a writer telling the world about this
This title is catchy and intriguing. The product description is succinct and agreeable.
I chose B because it is more specific. I like that.
This title has more meat to it and more detail for me to grip on like I have more to think and anticipate about. The other title feels more brief and not enough.
I usually prefer the shorter title, but this one tells you so much more about the book, which is helpful.
this one adds more, even though it's a longer title, it's still better because it covers a wider audience.
The title sound more like a self help book that I’d check out if I needed it.
Option B by far looks the most professional and best overall.
I like listing all the subtopics as it is then broader in its appeal
The simplicity of A is nice, but B feels more comprehensive and includes a wider variety of topics that will get more peoples' attention.
This sounds like a book that covers broader range than A
It's more descriptive and gets me more interested since it isn't just one thing mentioned.
The second option has a more detailed title and can appeal to more people
I like how b covered a more diverse spectrum of mental health.
Choice B is a more descriptive title.
Option B would catch my interest because it also lists PTSD, acute anxiety, and a contorted heart- it would give me the impression that the book has many tips on how to overcome the damaging effects of narcissism. It looks like a more detailed book that provides more information.
This title seems more inclusive with other problems and there would be more useful information.
Option B is more descriptive - I've read a lot about narcissism and Option A seems generic and basic.
I have PTSD, so that in the title piqued my interest
option B because it is listing the topics it is covering
the words used in describing the title makes more sense.
B gives more information about the book. It is a better description of the book
B is much more descriptive and i think that will make people have a better understanding of the greater parts of the whole in this book.
