What would you most hope to learn from a book with this title? "Moon Salutations: Women's Journey to Healing, Power, and Peace"

I would like to know how to juggle more stuff and do what I truly want to do I think I am taking inspirations from glow the tv series but you get the drift
I would hope to learn inner peace, coping techniques for various life issues and some life lessons.
I would want to get insight on what I could do for my inner body and inner health in order to heal, get more power, and have peace within myself.
It would probably be about natural ways to feel connected to the universe and feel calm

I assume I'd learn something about yoga, given the salutations part, and possibly something about menstrual health given that periods were historically measured in moons (phases or weeks).
I could see women in their 20s, 30s, 40s being the main target. I would see it containing astrology related topics and ideas, and how astrology fits in with living a happy peaceful life.
I would hope to learn more about the phases of the moon and their impact on women's health as well as natural health techniques such as meditation based on the phases of the moon and cycles of the year.

Healing power and peace would be the most important thing I would want to learn from this book. Using the moon to heal is what I expect this book to be about!
The title and sub title bring to my mind a whole body improvement learning experience. I think about mind, body and soul when I read the words.

This is a powerful new agey type of book that would be geared towards holistic and natural treatments to heal both mind and body. I would think I would be getting a natural herbal remedy for therapy.

After reading it, I'd expect to have at least some new ideas and perspectives, if not be a slightly changed person. I personally would keep on walking past this book. I don't think this book is going to solve anything going on in my life. Moon salutations...does this author have some sort of magical powers? After reading this book, I would be angry at myself for spending money and time on it, when I could have read the Outlander series again. I would hope it at least had some yoga poses, but I can go on Google or YouTube or Facebook and find a yoga routine.

I would want to learn some meditation techniques and to learn more information about perhaps yoga and related activities. I would hope to be a better version of myself after reading it. I would want it mainly to include mindfulness tips.
I would like to learn how women recovered from sexual harassment, assault, abuse or the many other things women have been facing silently for decades. How other women survive these things and not only survive, but thrive.

I would like to see tips for maintaining that mindset and exercises to strengthen my inner power and centeredness.

I would hope for this book to have help with going after things like better education, better relationships without fear. I have felt stuck forever in my life. I never took risks to get a better life and to not fear the unknown. I would want this to make me push myself to do things outside the box and not be afraid to experience life. I still at 60 cannot understand why I fear to do things like switch careers, get more education and love life without fear.

I would learn how to connect with myself on a deep level. I would learn to trust myself and my decisions, and I would build my confidence in myself.

Because this has the word "moon" in the title, I would be anticipating that the book would be talking about rhythms, cycles, and general balance in your life. I would anticipate reading about how to cope with things like pain, depression, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed and unbalanced in life. It sounds like topics such as meditation or connecting to nature and finding sources of inspiration and spirituality around you in everyday life would be discussed. I would want to feel inspired and hopeful after reading a book like this, and hope to gain relaxation techniques or relaxation methods to help me gain wellness in my life. Maybe talking about the benefits of walking, breathing techniques, how to relax and reduce stress, and what to do when feeling pain or anxiety.

I would hope to learn ways to cope with stress and anxiety in a more natural, holistic, medication-free way.
I would most like to gain from this book is peace and how to impower without alienating. It is hard to do so hopefully this will answer this . I think that when women want to gain power they are called bitchy so I would want to learn the skill of not being one but getting peace with power.
any kind of emotional problems would be a must. if you are looking to heal or gain power or peace you are probably the emotional type of person. You would rely on something to encourage you and give you strength to overcome emotional setbacks.you would hope to be a more stable or knowledgeable person and have an inner peace.
I would hope to get some sort of healing or healing mechanism. I want it to include soothing techniques or lists of what I should do to help others. I would want to be completly at peace after reading this.

I mostly worry about taking care of myself as I age. I'm single so most likely won't have anyone to take care of me. I would like reassurance that aging can be exciting as well as scary. After reading the book, I would be happier and more courageous. I'd like it to include living a safe but exciting life.
I would expect to learn about the power of meditation and self healing. Not to sound funny but to also learn how to be one with the universe and how to harness my power within it. I would expect to learn techniques to come to peace with the things I encounter in daily life. I think it would teach me to find myself and even though sometimes I don't feel like I am, but to help me understand that I am powerful and identify the ways in which I am and am not and learn to accept those facts.

It sounds to me like some sort of yoga, which I would like to help me work toward more calming feelings.
I would think it would be about remaining calm and centered despite what is going on around me. It would probably not be materialistic, but rather on the spiritual side.
