Choice A looks more intriguing in terms of a cover design
I like the woman a lot but i think the background in A really sets it apart. It really draws you in and wants you to know more.
The crow is always an ominous figure. The pick in b gives a character with no context.
The quality of the art on A is much better, B looks kind of amateruish
This cover looks darker and more sinister.
The smoky crow seems pretty mysterious and possibly spooky, so I'd go with that one.
I really like both of these covers since I'm a huge fan of both these genres and they both capture the mashup well, but I think perhaps especially during Halloween season I am particularly more attracted to the ethereal crow
So The Widow's Son actually has Masonic overtones, I am really curious about the title if there is not freemasonry involvement. I picked the cover with the crow but... Research it...
This cover reminds me of The Gunslinger which is one of my favorite books so I would prefer this.
I like choice A more. It has a really mysterious vibe to it. I like the pigeon on the cover and the black smoke especially.
This cover has a more dramatic and intriguing style to me so I'm a little more interested.
I like the crow image and synopsis.
I like choice A more than B in that there is a lot of symbolism that can be drawn from a crow which really plays into the title of the book.
this one ist nice, but they are both good. this one seems to imply more a mystery
I like the art style of cover A better, and it's nice to have the brief review on the cover as well to give a little bit of description of what the reader can expect from the book.
I liked choice A and how the smoke and crow add to the mystery of the book. Choice B looks too plain and direct with the person on the cover which looks more generic.
The cover seems more scary and reasonates with the title for a horror movie
I think A looks weirder with the bird and that is more appealing to me. B looks like a fairly normal western in image alone. I also prefer having the upper text smaller and blurbs on the cover are also more attention grabbing. I chose A as I like the image and design more, think it fits the category, and is more distinct and "pick-upable".
I really like option A as it has an eerie feeling about it and it's extremely mysterious. I didn't think option B was bad however I prefer option A between the two.
The cartoonish look of option B would put me off to the book, whereas the vague yet intriguing look of option A would leave me wanting to learn more.
I like the yellow background in this option, as it's an active and exciting color. The raven is also spooky and intriguing. Looks like a really cool book for sure!
I would likely select Option A because I like the air of mystery and a horror that is present with the raven or crow imagery. Option B is actually a cool image, but it doesn't seem reflective of the title or very dynamic.
Having the raven or crow on the cover makes it more mysterious thus fits in with a horror genre.

Choice B lure's me in with the character depiction.
I like the look of B a little more. Looks badass and fits the whole western theme better.
Very intrigued by a female lead in a western. I would totally be drawn to that different aspect.
There is a lot more detail to B, and I feel looks much better than A does.
I like the cover in option B better. The design of the cover such as the color of the text and the person's face captures my interest more.
The picture of the son's possible mother is better than the bird.
I like a character on the cover, it draws one in more
I think this looks more western. She looks like a cowgirl that is ready to take over some town. It is much more appealing
These are both very terrific covers and I honestly had such a hard time picking between them. I did like option A with the picture of the crow and the smoke, but I did have to go with option b as my absolute favorite because I really do like animation, especially animated characters that look like comic books. I thought that the woman on the cover looks like a great character for the book and I also really did love the artwork with the carefully-crafted drawing as well as the color scheme on the book as well. Again, this was a really hard decision, but I did have to go with option b in the end.
Both covers are really good, but cover B is fantastic. That's a brilliant piece of cover art.
I think it's more relatable with a person on the cover, adds more suspense to it with the pose she's doing as well.
The woman on the cover caught my eye first before the plain one with the crow.
Option "B": I might have been more inclined on the other option were it not for the unnoted positive review; a pet peeve. The character on this cover is engaging, enticing, well formed and piqued my curiosity but the title doesn't meet up with this figure exactly.
I like option B better. It has better young female's picture that is much better than picture of a crow. Also text of option B overall looks better as well.
I prefer the cover for the book of option B more than option A. I like seeing the widow on the illustration.
The female helps tell the story of her being a widow.
I chose B because I felt that I was able to connect more with this book because and more interested. I felt that the character would be able to tell a story more, and the other book would be more of a generic feel to it.
Option B is the best because the image of the women holding the shotgun evokes a thrilling sensation that is attractive to audiences everywhere.
I like seeing the cute woman with a gun. Looks more western and more likely to be action packed.
Since it relates to a Widow then seeing a female figure on the cover is preferred.
i like the graphic a lot better it makes me want to pick up the book
I like the person on the cover and it’s less overused than a crow
i like this for a western cover .it is the most original. it is a cool looking cover with a nice little saying.
option B. This option talks about the Widow's son, but the picture shows a female gunslinger. The juxtaposition of that and the great artwork would make me pick up the book.
has a picture that is more relatable with the book title. has a witty phrase at the top
This one immediately says "Western" to me, so I'd be more likely to go for it over the other one.
I like the look and the feel of option B. It makes me think it would be a good read.
