I like the color scheme better.
The red makes it stand out more.
The red really makes it stand out - the colors are beautiful. The blue is a gorgeous shade of periwinkle.
I find the colors pop more and that the red and white provide a better contrast
I love the different colors. It looks so good. Its more engaging
I would chose A. I like the red around the sides. I think the light blue of the other book is too much.
The color grabs my attention more.
I like A because I think the red jumps out at you and looks more kid friendly to me.
I chose 'A,' because it is much more eye catching then 'B.' The colors pop against the white background more. The purple background in 'B' blends in with the photo of the corals, so it doesn't stand out. So I say that 'A' wins by a landslide.
The blue cover was low contrast and not very compelling. I don't really like the choice A either, but it is slightly better.
I don't love either one, but the colors on choice A make it easier to read.
I like the bright colors. The words stand out.
The cover makes it appear that they use more colors inside the book. Coral reefs have a lot of color and I want the pictures to show that.
It looks more informative.
I like the bold border on this option. I think it really sticks out and would make a kid want to pick up this book to read.
Better color scheme- too much blue in B
I like the red border, as it sets the tone, and not everything is in the same color. I like the green color in the 'aguide in rhyme." The Bold Blue is a touch of a modern color. I'd gladly Purchase A.
Option A makes me want to buy the book for my kids. I think the colors for Option A make it more attractive and I am drawn to it much more so than Option B. I think the red frame and some of the lettering in red makes it more attractive.
I prefer option A because the colors on the book cover contrast more compared to the cover of book B. Contrasting colors are more likely to grab the attention of children.
The print and the words are just easier to read on the top as opposed to the bottom cover. Both of these books look readers you would use at school as opposed to books that you would buy at a store.

Definitely the blue because blue is a nice color and it is not boring
I like the colors blue and yellow
I think there's too much contrast with the red and the white.
I like the colors better. I think they're more eye-catching.
I chose B because the book cover for B seemed more welcoming to me. Although the cover for A stood out more, the cover for B seems like a more kind and pleasing book. Also, all of the colors in A don't match extremely well. The cover for B makes the book welcoming and makes me want to read it. Plus it matches with the cover image which is a plus.
Color scheme is MUCH more appealing than A. It blends so well and looks relaxing - which is what I think of with aquariums.
The color on the cover of this book is just beautiful. It is very soothing and calming and I like the yellow text with it. The colors blend perfectly together and compliment each other and I would choose option B
the blue stands out more
I like the color scheme of B. The red outline in A almost looks alarming, while the blue in A seems soothing and informative.
I think B screams ocean water and water in general. I would think water is where you would find coral reefs! The red looks angry and not relaxing at all.
I love the yellow and blue colors together, it really makes the book pop out to me! i also think my kids would enjoy the brigther colors.
I feel that the blue would be more effective in drawing attention to the subject of the book.
i like choice b
I have a real affinity for the periwinkle blue used on this cover. I feel it's soothing but at the same time stimulating and will attract parents' interest in reading it to kids.
The colors on the cover look more inviting and seem the book would be more interesting to children.
I don't particularly like either option, but the colors in option A seems like it was just put together real quick in paint instead of taking some time to create a quality cover.
the colors were not so jarring. Choice A looked amateurish.
The blue background really makes the yellow title stand out. I think these colors on the cover would initiate interest for kids.
I don't like the red in the other cover because it doesn't look inviting and doesn't match the picture on the cover well at all.
I like the solid color background.
I choose the option B because the color scheme is more inviting. The blue with yellow and whit writing compliment each other.
This fits a lot better with the aquatic and invertebrate themes to me.
B is more colorful and fun looking.
The colors match better and are more eye catching.
The light blue background makes the book stand out
I chose B, because I prefer the color scheme and think it looks more professional.
The blue background is more eye catching and exciting.
I would buy this for my sons since it is blue
The color was more enticing, I preferred the blue to the red.
I think the blue would be more enticing to a child since it is the same color as the coral reef invertbrates
