Which book cover is more appealing?
Option B won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 31 votes after 2 rounds of votes counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.
Option | Round 1 | Round 2 |
---|---|---|
B | 50% 25 votes | 62% 31 votes +6 |
A | 26% 13 votes | 38% 19 votes +6 |
C | 24% 12 votes | Eliminated 12 votes reassigned |

The dog looks happier and less aggressive.
The dog in this pic looks the most vicious.
I like the happy look on the dogs face. It catches your eye.
I like the closeup picture in option A. The three dogs in C are cute looking.
The doberman in choice A is so cute and happy looking that i cant help but prefer choice A over the others
Option A because the dog looks less threatening.
A - the dog seemed the happiest. I don't want to see happy or staring dogs.C - even though the dog isn't happy looking, it's only one...and one is better than 3, which is why I voted for B last...three angry looking dogs starting at me...no thanks.
A is the best because the text at the top is so much easier to read on the blue background. It's difficult to read on B and C because it's not a one color background so the text blends in making it difficult to read. Also, the dog in A looks like he's happy and smiling.
The doberman with his ears up and tongue hanging out is adorable! It gives a good image to the breed to see him playful like that, so A is my top choice. B is my second as the three beautiful dobermans together highlight the breed's social nature. The lovely single doberman is great too, but doesn't highlight any specific attribute of the dog (playfulness or socialness.)
A is my favorite because the dog looks playful and inviting. B was last because the dogs look intense and the colors kind of blend together. That left C in the middle.
I like A the most because it gives you the happy smiling version of the dog. That is what I picture for this breed
I find A very appealing so A 1. I prefer B better than C so B 2 and C 3
I voted this way because A makes me feel that the picture of the dog is smiling which feels happy. I like that the cover pulls me in and makes me want to learn more and interact with the dogs.

I like that in choice B, the dogs look very calm and collective. This to me shows that the writers of this book know how to instill proper discipline.
I liked Option B the most because the image is the most eye catching and cutest. I prefer book covers that have multiple dogs on it.
I love that the dogs are just chilling on the cover of the book. Too many people think they are aggressive and this makes them look friendly. I love the fall background, it just feels warm and nice and would great on the coffee table
I chose option B first because it shows more than one dog on the cover and the book is about that breed of dog. I chose A second because it shows a picture of a happy dog. I chose C last because It only shows one dog and the dog looks more curious or distracted than happy.
I always think the more dogs the merrier so I definitely like option B the best. I like A better than C because the dog looks so cute and happy and although C is cute as well the tongue hanging out makes me like it more
The book cover is more inspiring and motivating
I'm a fan of B because there are three dogs and they are looking into the camera which I think is cool. I like A next because the dog is smiling and looking into a camera. In all honesty, all three pictures are good so it is just a matter of personal preference.
I like that there are multiple dogs on the cover of B because it gives the impression that it is more comprehensive. I like option A because the dog on the cover looks happy. Option C is my least favorite because the dog's face is angled away and not as easy to see.
Option B book cover is more appealing and book is very attractive.
I like the image with multiple dogs best. I then like the image that shows the entire dog.
I like the choice B cover tons more than the other two. I think having multiple of that breed of dog in a cool picture is very appealing to consumers.
Option B, which has multiple dogs on the cover is great for the book. Option C looks very staged, whereas Option A looks like a happy dog. Having a staged dog is not great for a book because it shows that the dog is unique.
I like the brown doberman in the yellow leaves and background. I like the black one stand sideways at attention. The last one is very plain but beautiful.
B - i love the setting of the image with the 3 doberman, they're beautiful!C - is my 2nd choice because i love seeing the full body and not just a head shot.
I chose panel B. I think the three dogs really look good together.
I like the overall design with the warm coloring and the three dogs. I find this book to be more inviting than the other ones.
I like choice A because it shows three dogs so you know which breed the dog is about. They also look very regal and calm.
I like how option B shows three dogs, I think it looks good. Option C has a nice picture of the whole dog. I don't think Option A is too appealing.
I prefer Option B because if one dog is good , then three dogs is better. They are all acceptable to me.
those dogs are gorgeous
The multiple dogs on the cover of Option B make it look more appealing to dog lovers.
The multiple dogs look better. The single dog standing on its own looks okay. The first picture with the dogs ears sticking out looks rather awkward.
I like the contrast in relation to the dogs in this option. It makes the cover image pop more than the others.
I chose the book cover that is the most visually appealing, enticing and alluring.
I ranked the images used for the book that I liked the most. I found the three Doberman Pinschers of in option B to be the most appealing. I then liked that option C’s book cover has the full body of the dog. I liked option A the least.

I chose my answers in the order that I liked them. Option C is my favorite because it shows the dog clearly and I really like that.
The dog in option c is majestic and proud. Very pretty dog. I would love to have a dog like that.
Book cover C is the most appealing to me. I really like the color contrast of the the the Doberman and the background.
I think a full view side shot of the dog is appealing and cute for a cover
I like how I get a full body view of the dog in C; the dog looks really regal. I like how happy the dog looks in A. All the dogs look sad and foreboding in B so I ranked it last.
The book cover in Option C looks mostly appropriate and interesting for the book
I picked option C because I prefer the greener color balance of this photo versus the very warm and orange option B. Option A is cute but less appealing than option C which shows a strong dog in a great pose.
I think the number one picked option feels more authoritative, like you know what you're talking about for your book. It also feels like it shows the best picture of a Doberman Pinscher oh, so I feel like I already know more about that dog breed.
I chose C as my #1 because I like the full image of the dog. An individual who is not familiar with this type of dog is able to see body type, build, and size. I chose A as my #2 because of all the images, it was the clearest image to me and is more detailed than the others. B was by #3 choice because it looks blurry to me. Also, it has multiple dogs on the pic, but, only the red/chocolate doberman which, in my opinion, is not the most popular color of the breed. If multiple dogs were going to be used, I would like to have seen multiple colors from the breed.
I chose C as my first choice because the dog looks very elegant. I chose A as my second choice because Doberman Pinschers can be quite loving and so I like the happy dog on the cover. I chose B as my final choice because the dogs look too serious and hardened for my liking.
I chose by which caught my eye first.
Option C is the most compelling because the dog has the best pose and stance. Option A and B aren't as convincing or persuasive in my opinion.
