Their (Etsy corporate) customer service is terrible so C doesn't count for much and individual sellers customer service varies greatly.

That unique factor is what keeps me coming back, the only site that can really compare on that front if Ebay, and it's not as good for it since it's always clogged with a ton of other merchandise as well.
