Option E won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 52 votes after 1 round of vote counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.
Option | Round 1 |
---|---|
E | 52% 52 votes |
D | 22% 22 votes |
C | 13% 13 votes |
B | 7% 7 votes |
A | 6% 6 votes |
Supporting social values is #1 - I refuse to eat at Chic FIl A, for example. Then quality of product is next. No matter how good the product, I won't shun my ethics. Then customer experience / being treated well are tied.Loyalty programs are never on my mind.
Stores that are against my values are avoided, After that it's how easy it is for me to get the things and help I need.
I would want to be treated as family and know that I had a trusting and safe relationship with the business.
Option A is by far my number one choice. In these trying times the first thing I look for is a business that shares my values especially if I am buying something expensive. Next most important is a good product, as shown in Option E ranking. I rank D third because customer service is also important not to only me but I believe everyone. Businesses need a good forward facing representative to sell stuff. On a related note, Option B is my next choice because a business treating you like a person and not just a number always makes me feel more welcomed. And finally, I ranked Option C last because loyalty programs just aren't that important. I always forget about them and I hate the restrictions many have.
I think A and C are very important to me. They have to support things that I care about and I think it’s important that they have rewards too. I don’t care at all about E D or B though.
I chose A as my first choice because I feel that social values are important.I chose B as my second choice because I feel that I am treated as an individual.I chose D as my third choice because I think customer experience is important.I chose E as my forth choice because the products being offered are needed to be functional and not broken.I chose C as my fifth choice because I think rewards/loyalty programs are great.
The way i feel that a company treats me heavily influences whether i continue to shop with that company or not
Above all else I am loyal to businesses that treat me more than a number. There is a store I visit that even though I am not in there very often, when I do go in there they know exactly why I am there and grab my purchase for me before I get to the counter. Rewards and loyalty programs have very little use for me.
I choose B because the benefit that the product promises to deliver is unique and authentic, compared to other options
Having a personalized service is ideal and having positive experiences from the consumer service aspect of things is high on the priority list with businesses I've purchased products from.
I picked B, C and D as my top choices as the slogans tell me that the company cares for the customer.
I support companies that treat me as valuable.
I prefer to stay loyal to small businesses that I can grow to know personally. I am always inclined to purchase from brands that have social values that align with those of my own. I like loyalty programs but they aren't exactly necessary. High quality and customer service are bonuses as well.
Rewards bring me back to the business, if I can collect points and get something back. Good products are important too!
each of these are important to me, but tangible returns ar e the most so
For me C is the best, I want value for a company that I am loyal to, this is something I feel like I am rewarded for spending my hard earned money. This goes hand in hand with E, because If i am going to be loyal and spend the money then I want to feel good about the products I am buying and make sure they are worth it. I do not really care how I am treated because i know they are doing it for a profit, and I know its bad but I feel like social values are overrated because I feel like most of the time its a facade.
I like to be rewarded for using a product or service consistently. I am likely to go with a company that recognizes this and rewards me accordingly.
C is the most important because it can directly benefit me tangibly. A is not important at all. I don't care what businesses believe.
I think being rewarded for being a faithful customer of business is a top priority. So, I like option C the best because I think that rewarding customers for being loyal to the business is very important as a way to let customers know you appreciate them.
I think rewards and discounts are the most important factor with a relationship with a company
Rewards and loyalty programs are best. Otherwise I'll just buy it at amazon.
I love businesses that have rewards programs. it makes me want to go back because I usually end up getting something free if I'm a loyal customer!
C makes you feel valued with rewards and show their loyalty.E is best then you get attracted to it.B providing you with special offer or making you feel important.D implies leaving an impression on customer.A is least considerable.
I like that I am rewarded as a shopper. It makes it fun and a motivator to shop at the same stores over and over again.
The rewards and loyality programs are huge for me as I do have products that gives me great benefits allowing me to save money even though their other areas may be lacking.
Options C & B are my first choices. The perks of being in a loyalty program and how they treat you in general is most impactful on whether I use a product. Good products and good customer service go hand and hand with a good company. Option A is of no importance to me, it's a company producing a product and should stay neutral about political things because I really don't care for their opinion, it's only the product I'm interested in.
D and B are the types of aspect that I look for in local businesses
I chose D first because I think this encompasses other aspects like B and E. C isn't important at all to me, as long as their customer service is top-notch and they offer quality products and services.
Option D is the best important to me followed by option e. Option C and B would be nice but isn't make or break. Option A, is nice and I would like it but I prefer the other options far more.
I'm more interested in getting quality products that are better than the other brands with good customer service if returns need to be made
I chose my answers in the order that I liked them. Option D is the most important to me.
D reminds me most personally of companies I have good thoughts toward. Make my life easier and I'm a customer for life. Try and gouge every penny out of me and I become annoyed.
I like when I can count on the business to be kind to me and actually care about my experience.
I am loyal to services that deliver excellent customer service. A business that offers me great service is one that I will go back to time and time again. Builds trust.
I prefer option D because for me this is the most important thing - business and their product that I can truly trust, count on, rely on, that gives me peace of mind because it is very hard for me to make up my mind and make a choice, I always hesitate and worry.
I value the customer experience Above All I've had some crazy horrible experiences with customer service dealing with internet and cable companies. Other than that I just want a good product.
Great customer service makes engaging with the business an absolute pleasure. Then loyalty programs provide a great reason for me to habitually keep coming back.
These would all be really nice!! I think getting the best customer service will get you more customers in your store! That’s why I would rank that one and having a reward system is always nice too
I choose D why Customer is always right no matter what.
I love option D the most because I like going to a place where I feel welcome and genuinely cared about.
this would be my choice order but D, and B, (in that order) would be my top picks as how you are treated means A LOT
As a customer service expert, to me their is nothing more important than customer service. You want to be treated with respect by the company and feel that you are important to them.
I feel more loyal to a company if they feel like hey are trying to be loyal to me.
Options D and B are most important to me because I want to feel valued and respected as a customer.
I go for a quality experience and apprciate a personal touch
Businesses that deliver a great customer experience that treat me like more than a number and who provide great rewards for being a loyal customer are my favorite companies, so choices D, C, B are my top options.
All of these are valid. But D and B really resonate with me. In my estimation, since the pandemic, companies have increasingly supplied poorer customer service across various industry. Thus, I will be more loyal to companies who strive for the best customer service -- period. B also resonates with me in that it plays into D -- I want to feel that I am of value to a company.
I went with what is the most important to me and then went down from there. I think good customer service is the best because if a company treats you right then you will most likely come back to them for future services.
I like Option E because having the best product available makes it reliable, dependable and useful.
At the end of the day, the best companies are the ones that have the best products.
Customer service is nice but frankly everywhere has decent customer service now so its expected, and we only really notice when its bad. The best products for the best value is by far the most important combination.
I mostly care about getting the best product. I also like loyalty programs. Customer service is important, but not as much as the others. I do not care that much about whether a company supports my social views.
When answering I was thinking in terms of restaurants that I frequent.
I chose option E as my first choice because primarily I want a product that works.
First and foremost to me is the quality of the product that I am receiving. I can deal with any bad service issues so long as I like the product that I will be receiving.
I am definitely most loyal to businesses that offer the best products in their category. If they do not have a good product, then it doesn't matter how good the rewards program or service is.
A is too fleeting and doesn't really provide any meaningful value to me. I like that E delivers a substantive edge and that C, B and D all speak to the company's commitment to customers (something I appreciate but even more so when E is in place).
I could care less if a company supports my social values. What does that have to do with me buying a rug, for example? Companies are just getting so political that it even has to be an option in questionnaires like this. Keep politics out of a company and just sell the product. I chose Option E as my first choice because I have more trust in a company if they have a long, dependable track record of selling top quality products and I am willing to pay a bit more if their product has proven to be worth the price.
Honestly the product has to be a good one hence the best products then since I am a thrifty person I love loyalty programs!
I care the most about them being the best of the best in their category.
Value for my money is all I care about in companies, other than that I don't really care
Quality products are important to me, because I don't like to waste my money at all! It's also nice to earn bonus rewards so my second choice is also nice.
I liked choice E the best since offering the best products in the category is the difference maker and what gravitated me towards certain brands. Choice A isn't as appealing since as long as the company isn't aligned with Russia or bad countries I am fine with what they stand for.
When I shop, the most important thing that I look for is value. Part of value is how well the product works and how I can benefit (reward/loyalty programs) from being a repeat customer. Shopping at a business that supports my social values is not important to me, but if all things are equal I would choose the business that supports my social values over one that doesn't.
I don’t look for companies that are involved in social aspects of life. I would rather keep that separate and not know what stances they are part of. Sure some are great no matter what but I don’t want to know if a company is liberal or conservative. I want a good product and to be treated like a valued customer.
Best products is by far most important to me.
E. Offering the best products is the most important thing above all else. If they don't have good products then I won't be interested to use their services.
I just want good products. I don't really care if the businesses have little to no customer service or anything else like that anymore. I always use self checkout or delivery whenever I can now because people are useless at there jobs and I feel that I'd rather do everything myself. Dealing with morons who can't even ring up bananas right is awful. At least the machine never messes up my change back.
I would be loyal to company that offers great products that I have used in the past and enjoy using.
I prefer high quality products, that are made to last. Great customer service is very important to me as well.
I could go on with the practical sense... but with the first option, I think the rest is already solved.
When it comes to businesses, I am most loyal to those that offers the best products because I like the idea of being able to buy everything, or at least almost everything, in one place.
The product itself should always be the priority as a good product or service would draw my interest to it the most.
The main reason we patronize a business is for their PRODUCTS - all other attributes are secondary to that, and more open to personal preferences.
I like the best products available piece. Lasts longer and is worth the extra money.
The top priority for me is offering the best products. Without good products everything else is worthless in my opinion
I think that all these things together make a great business. But, it's most important that they present a good quality product and treat their costumers right. Everything else fall into place when that happens.
Made my choices based on what makes me likely to be and keep being a loyal costumer to businesses. The one that makes me less likely to be a loyal customer is the one in C since I don't find it to be important to me when it comes to being loyal to businesses
I prefer option E because it feels the most relatable and personal to me. Option D and C sound quite appealing too. Option B and A sound the least enticing to me overall.
I use business for the service they provide. As long as they offer a great service at a great price, the experience itself is less important.
I reward companies that make the best products, provided they do so honestly. Reward programs are of little to no value to me unless they are savings on something. I do want to be treated as more than a number, but a product still needs to be one of the best. Supporting my social values is not something I really care about or expect so as long as companies act ethically, honestly, and do not do anything very crazy. Companies are not people and need to stay out of policy making, and by extension, lobbying. Generally, I want a company that makes the best products while still providing a good customer experience and not being evil in the process, perhaps giving me some discounts for my business that I can actually use.
It's mainly about the product. Rewards are nice. Special treatment is good. Customer service is desirable. Social values are a low priority.
I like picked option E because if they make reliable products then I won't have to second guess if I buy other products or new products from the brand because they have a good reputation of making good products. Option C is good too because they are rewarding me to keep purchasing their product. Option D is also good because with good customer service I can rely on them to take care of problems if I ever encounter issues. Option A and B aren't as important.
I really only care about having a good item for a good price. I don't care about much else.
Best products to me would lead to all the rest to follow
To me the most important is the product. Thus I would stay loyal to a company with quality products.
It really is about getting a good product or service, at the right price. If the product is good, and the price is fair, then that's big. I'd say, for me, I also want a company to not be a particularly bad actor, environmentally. Like, I want a company to not be like Wolverine Shoes and not blatantly dumping toxic waste. That's pretty much the extent of my needs from a business.
I think E and D are the most important values
Offering the best products will always take the cake for me.
I think Option E is the most important because the product needs to me worth my time and money to want. Option D is also important because I need to make sure someone can help me if and when I have a problem. Option B is good because I'm a person and each customer is an individual with different issues. Option A is the least important to me because it has nothing to do with business. That leaves Option C as the second-to-last choice by default.
in this order
Definitely prefer the businesses that provide the best products in their category. Why go for "good service", which is very subjective, or anything else when the products are sub-par? I think customer experience is very related to superior products, as if you don't have the best, you can't convince me with a better sales pitch.
Knowing how the people made and source their products is far more important than being treated like a number. Programs are somewhat annoying to me so it isn't completely necessary.
I mostly care about the products or services.
I do business with a company that offers the best products that is going to last me for a while. It may have great customer service and may have an excellent loyalty program but in the end it is the product that I want to see and touch.
When it comes down to it, I know that businesses only care about making money- so I really only care about what is cheapest, loyalty programs etc. The social values of a company are not trustworthy to me.
I feel like if the product or service that is being offered is the best of the best, customers will keep coming back.
For me, the product always comes number one. It's the reason I'm making the purchase, not because of the brand values or available rewards.
I need a good product but after that I also care about the companies values and how much they offer to me.
It doesn't have to be personal to me but the products should be quality at a competitive price.
