Option D won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 68 votes after 1 round of vote counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.
Option | Round 1 |
---|---|
D | 68% 68 votes |
B | 13% 13 votes |
A | 12% 12 votes |
C | 7% 7 votes |
Social media content most because it feels most personal and more likely to see it in the first place if it's integrated into a platform that I use often like Instagram.
Option A and D sounds better to me than Option C and B
I think seeing items on social media is what leads me towards a purchase better than any other option. However, I do acknowledge that some of these social media posts are really ads, but for this, I'm only counting ads as whatever is actually an explicit ad.
This is the best option because i use social media a lot so it would see it more freuquently
Mostly I will always watch something based upon the social media content that is being displayed.
I prefer option A. Good content that seems authentic and is something I need is what I find tempting to purchase.
I picked A and D as my top choices as those are the best ways to get things to buy.
Great content that addresses the problems the target customer is facing will usually always convert new people to become buyers because content runs this world
I look at social media a lot. If there is something that I see that I like, then I usually buy it.
I think social media is one of the biggest aspects in influencing people to buy your product
I really like when an e-commerce brand puts a lot of thought and creativity into their social content. It's a big plus if they have a really good rewards program, because then I will buy more if it's worth the points. Personalized e-mails are kind of unique, but I also don't want them to feel not genuine. I want the company to genuinely send out e-mails that care about their customers. Ads are fine, but don't have as much as an effect as social content does to me.
Casting aside the final two for their ubiquity, A and B offer the tiniest of potential curation in line with my preferences and interests.
Ads are the easiest way to get me to buy something, otherwise I don't know what new things are trending.
I guess it's the ad that grabs my attention first because I'm assuming it's showing me pictures of products that I want to buy.
seems to be clear
I think that options B and A have the most influence on whether or not I initially buy from a brand, but option D is usually the most influential in my decision on whether or not to continue purchasing from that brand.
I find these influence my purchasing decisions for the most part
Option B is first because the option is attractive.Option A is second because the option is greatOption C is third because the option is likely.Option D is last and like the option because I like the option in my opinion.
Option B is the most important and can influence my purchasing decision. Option D can be enticing but isn't that important to me. Option A is okay and one of those things that works but isn't super critical. Option C, I didn't find it really influence my purchasing decision.
I respond to ads. I do participate in rewards programs but that is not what generates a sale from me. I like seeing sales ads.
i think ads in option B influence me the most because they make me most aware of products
My purchasing decision is mostly influenced by the ads I encounter. The contents of the brand also plays a part.
When I see a good ad that shows me a nice item and how it can improve my life, I would usually try and find more about it.
Ads, because they remind me why I should get a product. D provides value to me. I ignore C and A.
Things tailored to me, such as loyalty programs, or important information that I learned in ads, are the most important to me.
I chose C because I usually will look more in depth at something and will be more apt to go look at it and then purchase.
To me with personalized emails I feel like the company really cares for its customers and me. Thus I like this one.
C is going to convince me the most because it will feel the most personal. D is relevant but only if I was going to buy anyway.
Honestly, none of these categories have an impact on whether I buy from a company. I buy from e-commerce brands because of pricing, availability, speed and quality of shipping, and customer service.
If I am sent emails of products that are more tailored to my personal preferences I feel more motivated to purchase
Personalized emails attract my attention and make me look at a product more closely.
I picked C and D because both aren't overly intrusive, unlike B. A doesn't matter to me because I don't use social media enough.
Promo codes/coupons/rewards vouchers will keep me coming back.
I like these choices overall, it's pretty close though
I just want to make as much money as I can. I want it to be beneficial for all of us.
Based on the prompt, I would already know of them so any programs they have in place which would keep me coming back is highly ranked. Then, ads that would remind me of the. The others, not so much in general.
The promise of being rewarded is enticing. It is more an allure if the activity is already fun.
I'm a sucker for earning rewards and also am a big Instagrammer so D and A caught my eye the most.
D is pretty much the only compelling one to me, since I'm not a fan of ads or getting junky emails in my box.
D I feel is the only thing from the selection that would maybe draw any sort of my interest to a brand.
I chose D because I believe that rewards programs are the absolute best. It makes me inclined to purchase something and then go back for another deal.
Getting rewarded for purchasing something I truly want is the biggest factor in being a recurring customer
I think the thing affets me the most in e-commerece is the loyalty and rewards programs. I feel like they want me my business by offering me things to make my life easier
D is the most important to me since I like doing programs that allow me to get discounts. C,A, and B are things that I don't really pay much attention to.
I think rewards programs are a good way to keep customers loyal to your business.
Definitely D. I love companies that reward me for being a loyal customer. I also feel there is value in C as well.
I prefer the option D loyalty and rewards programs because they provide me some direct benefit whenever I make a purchase from the brand. I chose option A second because social media content is much more appealing and attractive than personalized electronic messages as described in the option C text. I chose option B last because advertisements is the most useless way for a brand to get my attention at all times.
What really matters for me is the loyalty or reward programs, the other options doesn't really have an effect. Emails can work when they have a notification about a discount related to a loyalty program. Ads can help when they really have a good new offer and social media content is at last because I don't usually follow brands
I usually will go out of my way if I have a coupon or some sort of loyalty perk with a company.
Loyalty or reward programs are the most attractive thing and encourage me to become interested
Social media content makes me hate brands and be annoyed by them and question their quality. It's the lowest. I like deals which is why loyalty and reward programs are the best. I like building up to things and getting exclusive offers. If those are offered to me in emails or ads then great.
reward programs are the best. It gives me motivation spend my money to earn rewards
I think benefits and rewards to being a member would be the most important deciding factor for me in this instance.
Reward programs are great before getting into something so I think this choice of D is most appealing
None of these truthfully has any influence on my purchase decisions. D arguably is the most influential because I would be more likely to purchase something if there were a benefit such as savings or free shipping based on loyalty or rewards. C at least I would see in my email, assuming the email was not marked as spam already. I sometimes will check emails on deals if relevant to something I already expressed interest in, but I do not open blind emails. I ignore everyone on social media when it comes to opinions, therefore beyond reviews, I can see little benefit. Lastly, ads are something I actively block and avoid so they are the least important to me.
I definitely think rewards are what influence my purchasing decisions since I'm always trying to save money. Ads and emails often show products that I would want but I am not influenced by social media.
d for the win! I love programs and I look for the rewards above all things!
Definitely buy more from places with loyalty programs
Rewards programs motivate me to buy from a shop again because I can save money. I always send marketing emails to my spam folder, so they have no affect on what I purchase.
Loyalty or rewards programs have the highest influence on my purchasing decisions as I like being rewarded for using certain brands.
rewards/coupons are really the only thing that influence my decision on purchases besides warranties/customer service
I liked choice D since the idea of gaining rewards is important and more appealing to me. Choice B and seeing ads are not appealing to read.
Loyalty programs that help me save money. Personalized emails help because they can narrow down my choices. I don't really follow social media and I am not interested in ads.
by far loyalty and rewards programs. these are good as long as they don't expire, when your looking through your phone where to go i look through my programs. i watch as few ads as possible, and occasionally i'll clik social media links - even though almost everything is an ad nowadsays. usually "personalized" emails, are the same email with a different name - usually they go right in the trash.
I like to have suggestions targeted to my preferences and occasionally receive a little more to be a regular customer
Rewards and loyalty will always be the top reason for me. If I can get a bonus out of them, then of course it will be a top of my list.
I like having something to look forward to when I spend money
rewords program and loyalty makes me keep buying from same place over and over, personalized emails makes me click on it and possible buying think I just saw if I like it.
Choice D is the one that influences my purchasing decisions the most because having or being in a loyalty or reward program means I will have more incentive to buy a product as I will get some kind of discount or point earned towards a future one as part of a purchase. Choice A is second because social media content shows me the product and tells me about it but I am in control of learning about it and seeing what others thing as well. Choice B is third because ads are a more classic way and a good ad can peak interest. Choice C is last because I do not really open or make use of personalized emails at all.
I like option D the best because I will buy from ANY company that offers a loyalty or rewards program because I like that I am getting something back in return for doing my business and sharing my information with that company.
all e-commerce brands are good i like this brand
Most of these are unimportant but out of these four a loyalty program matters the most. I will go out of my way to shop at a place I earn cash back or future coupons on. I also like personalized e-mails with products that are tailored to me. Social media content is also a factor if it is more than just mundane stuff and has panache. Ads I don't care about at all.
The loyalty or rewards programs are the biggest factor. Sometimes social media content or ads will make me buy something, but rarely.
Option D is by far the best out of the four options, as I like to gain points and get discounts as a result. Option C is a bit too common.
Loyalty or reward programs are big for me if I can get something back then I am going to go there.
The most important factor to me is the ability to earn rewards and free products.
I usually ignore targeted emails.
I made my choices this way because I feel that a rewards program makes me want to come back and continue to get rewarded for my purchases. I ranked ads and social media last because I feel that they are annoying and in the way of what I am usually trying to do
If I'm getting points and rewards every time I purchase goods from your store, then chances are I'll keep on coming back. It makes it feel like a game that is easy to win.
Reward programs where I can get free things are the only determining factor out of these
I prefer option D because I feel it is the most lucrative and worthwhile for me. Option A and C are viable to. Option B is the least convincing to me.
Free shipping would be my number one choice but it was not here.
rewards are the only things that sways me other than price. If they are objectionable on social media I might not buy from them though.
If I have skin in the game, e.g. a rewards member, I will likely continue to purchase from them. Think Papa John cash. I have not made a purchase from them in sometime, but the other day they sent me a reminder that my cash would expire, so I felt obligated to buy a pizza and some other items to get enough rewards so that I could spend my cash for a subsequent purchase before it expired. All of the other options, are probably moot. I don't really care about most brands social media, nor the junk emails I get from the vast majority of places I have shopped at. Ads would be the only other thing that may get me thinking about the brand. For example, I have needing to get my brakes replaced and I have seen so many car ads that finally I clicked on one to start price shopping for a set of new brakes.
Rewards are a big factor in making purchases, to me
I really love loyalty programs I love getting things for free from something I'm using anyway
If I can get something from my patronage, I'm going to take it!
Free stuff, or earning free stuff at least, is always a nice motivator!
Any type of rewards program will always speak to me because it makes me think I'm getting deals and free stuff.
D because I like free shipping (or free cigars, when buying from one company). C, because emails that announce specials get my attention. Ads do noyhing for me, and I don't follow e-commerce brands on social media.
Rewards get me the most and then social media content after
I like brands that reward me for my purchase. This factor alone makes me more likely to purchase again. The rest of the options are okay but option D is what keeps me loyal.
I PREFER LOYALTY PROGRAMS. IF I AM USING A COMPANY A LOT IT IS NICE TO GET A DISCOUNT. I DO NOT LIKE EMAILS. THERE ARE TOO MANY AND MOST OF THE TIME I JUST DELETE THEM AND DON'T EVEN READ THEM
If I get an email of the right information, I love that. But I really like rewards programs, as they reward you for buying.
If they can give something to me to convince me to give them more money, then that'll work. Rewards programs are the only item here that will work. The rest don't do much.
I enjoy being able to earn rewards for discounts and free products
This would be my choice order but D, would be my #1 pick as I like the word reward as it makes you think your getting something back
I like the loyalty program.
Anytime I can get rewards, save money, or receive any other benefit, that will impact my purchasing decision far more than anything else.
Option D is preferred. I find that I'm more drawn to loyalty or rewards programs when it comes to my purchasing decisions. Other types of advertising (email, ads, etc.) don't influence me as much.
