Because I feel most businesses do care about my needs and everyone else's needs because without us, there would be no business.
A i would say this is true because business rise and fall due to customer satisfaction and being able to meet their needs
For the most part, yes. But ultimately, they are in business to make money. To make money, they have to have happy customers, so they will make the happiness of the customer a priority.
I think many businesses care about the customer until the point that it is going to affect their bottom line or the customer becomes a nuisance where they want to take advantage of the business.
They do insofar as my needs line up with their ability to earn a profit. They don't care out of the goodness of their heart. They care because they can make money by fulfilling my needs
True. They care because they want people to return to give them more business
I feel like overall bussinesses care about their customers because that's what will make them the most money in the end.
Businesses are customer-focused because they would like to generate sales and revenue. My needs are taken into account
As long as they can make money off of me, they will care at least a little bit about me.
I feel that I get what I pay for. The products are buy are of good quality.
I would go with A because I feel that most businesses should try to care about their customers and treat them well.
I picked A as my top choice as I feel like I am being cared for by the business.
Since businesses can only generate revenue from customers I think the businesses I like really put a lot of care and focus on me succeeding
When I'm at a place of business, the staff is generally kind, welcoming, accommodating, and pleasant. It's rare for me to feel slighted or mistreated as a customer, which indicates the business cares about providing me with the goods and services I'm seeking.
I think that this is a generally true statement about 99.9% of the time. On extremely rare occasions I may run inro a business where it appears their self interests are obviously more important to a customer, however it has to be understood that there is always a respectful balance that needs to be maintained when talking about such topics.
Businesses seem to have figured out that if they don't meet my needs, they won't get my money!
I feel that they care only because they have to in this day and age. Companies want to look good to thousands of people because they're trying to make a profit and the more good publicity, the more customers.
Most companies are caring of their customers and want to keep their business
I feel a good business would care as that's how they make money.
I feel like some care and want your opinions on things
A lot of business I have dealt with I haven't had problems with.
I think its true because businesses need to fulfill customers' needs to be successful
I feel that in some cases, this is true as I've seen businesses change entire product formulations to accommodate customers.
It’s a barely true. They care about my needs because that’s how they make money. The businesses that fit my likes care about my needs.
I definitely think that businesses care about my needs as a customer because otherwise they would go out of business.
For the most part, businesses care about my needs. Those that don’t, will lose me as a customer. There are a few companies that I will never patronize again.
I feel like businesses have to care about my needs as a customer as part of their business goal, which is to make money.
At the customer, they generally want to make me happy because if the customer isn't happy, the business doesn't make money.
Most businesses care about this because it means that they can earn trust with their customers.
I find that to be semi true. It really depends on the business.
Most of the time businesses care about their customers, otherwise they will lose business and fail.
I feel that they do care. Because if they didn't, they would go out of business.
I think most companies to care about their customers.
I think business care about my needs because it is in their financial interest to do so.
I think businesses care because they need to keep making profits.
Any business that wants to STAY in business has to care about their customers needs - the only exceptions being "monopolies" where you cannot find their product/service anywhere else - energy suppliers, government agencies like the DMV, etc.
For the most part. I feel businesses care about my needs as a customer because they would help generate income for them as well.
I choose option A - true - because there is so much competition out there and businesses simply would not survive if they did not care about me and other customer needs enough.
I do think they care about my needs but only to the extent that it will convince me to use their product which they, in turn, make their money.
Generally speaking, businesses work to improve my experience as a consumer. However, there are exceptions when it comes to financial constraints and budget aspects that cut into their bottom line. In those cases, I don't feel nearly as catered to overall.
If businesses don’t care about the needs of their customers why run a business? I would go elsewhere as a customer
being in a wheelchair I think businesses do their best for me yes
It's hard to make this choice. Businesses are different. Some does, some no. I picked true because I want to believe in this answer.
I prefer Option A as my first choice because I do think businesses care about customers. Happy customers produce more sales and keeps the company humming along and turning a profit. I think they very much care about their customers in general.
I feel like they do even if they only do so because they need to make a profit .
I choose A because I have experienced good customer support when I need them
It depends on what company it is, but many do truly do their best to help and satisfy the customer.
Some businesses care and some don't. Some are willing to put in the effort to have good customer service. Those are the companies that I try to only use.
I think some do and they are mostly ones that I stick with.
I think they do because they can use them to their advantage to give to the consumer what they are lacking.
Small businesses care more than corporations. Corporations only care about the bottom line.
Business only cares about profit. If my needs are profitable then they will care about my needs.
I feel that businesses do not care directly about my needs as I am just another customer that they want the bottom dollar and nothing more.
Some businesses may, but I feel like most only care about themselves.
Businesses care about profits.Customer need comes second.
I think, in general, businesses care about making money, and the needs of the customer only matter if they're conducive to making the business money.
That's open to a lot of interpretation, but I think any good business is concerned about addressing customer needs.
There are not too many business I have ever dealt with that would put the customer first. It seems like they nearly always are putting profits. For example, video games are typically moving to micro sales or 'renting' the game. Before, you could by the cartridge/disc and own it. Now you can pay more for features and in game things. Same, prices for goods like wood and nuts or bolts, rise with inflation but never fall. Business rarely do what is in the best interests of customers.
I feel like the majority of businesses solely care about profit. They will feign being invested in your needs only so far as making a buck off of you, then it's out the door. It's exceptionally rare when a business makes me feel otherwise, and it is always local, small scale businesses that do it. Most large scale businesses only pay lip service to meeting customer needs, and are generally in the habit of trying to squeeze out every dollar from you that they can.
They care about profits, not about their customers
Not really as the intent of the company is to generate revenue. They may care what the customer's needs are if they support increased revenue but not every company is like that.
I don't think this is completely false across the board; small businesses usually care more about their customers. However, I think large companies/corporations almost always sacrifice customer satisfaction in favor of a larger bottom line, because they can afford to do so.
Businesses only care about my needs to make a profit. If I am not a profit center for a business, they will promptly ignore my needs. Moreover, public corporations care more about shareholder wealth than doing good business by treating people the right way and caring about customer needs.
Hardly ever. They only care about you if you show potential as a repeat customer. its all about money.
It's vague. Some do and some don't. I could name some that don't...CVS is one that comes to mind. Their phone system is completely designed to sell me vaccines and other items versus getting me to my destination and fulfilling my needs as a customer. Nothing against their vaccines, Tests, etc but I shouldn't have to sit thru several minutes of paid advertising to get a dam script filled quickly when I'm sick. And I've complained via surveys numerous times and I get polite tone deaf responses. That's just one example.
Businesses only care about their bottom line and their stock price.
I think they only really care about profit and then just pretend to care about my needs to get me as a customer.
This is of course dependent on the business in question, but on average i feel like business put profit first and customer second. However to make a good profit often comes with making a happy customer.
I think businesses care more about their profits than about my needs as a customer.
I don't think businesses give a rat's behind about my needs as a customer. Sorry, and no offense, but businesses see me as a way for them to get money.
They mostly care about there own profit
I feel most businesses only care about profit and their bottom line.
I don't really feel that they care about my needs, only if meeting my needs helps increase their profit.
I don't think businesses ever care, all they care about is making money.
No, they hire people on the cheap who don't have the skills nor inclination to deal with customers.
Business care about a profit. they do not care about the personal life of customers.
While there's still some good businesses out there, I would well and away say that B is the prevailing theme and definitely my prevailing feel. Only profit really matters. Front-end employees may care, but CEO's and shareholders won't. So this is also less of a concern for small businesses, but size seems to bring with it aloofness from the consumer base. There are too many cases of fraud and cut-throat tactics utilized in businesses across all sectors and all nations to expect good faith from these entities without some efficient means of enforcing compliance in that regard. This is something that many nations cannot do; while Europe comes the closest, I am not in Europe and so my view remains dim for most that I deal with.
I think they are just after the "mighty" dollar.
They care about the money I give not my needs
I feel businesses do just enough to keep me from leaving.
I don't often feel this. I do go back to businesses that make me feel this way.
By and large, I would say no. They care about their bottom line and that's it
Wow, this is a very loaded question. It depends on the business, but most businesses I encounter are there to make a profit above all else. Now, this is not every business. I don't run my business this way. But, the majority are out for one thing... your money.
I feel most businesses are providing a needed service or product for profit.
Most of them just want to make profits.
I feel like most businesses are only interested in money and less about the customer.
They care about money and if my needs make them money then they will care about them.
The vast majority of businesses do not. They only want to make money.
Right now I'm having a Godawful time with one business I deal with that makes me truly think they treat customers as nuisances to be dismissed rather than assets to be courted.
I feel like businesses care about only profits. I don't even think most businesses care about their workers.
It's incredibly rare to feel like a business actually cares for my needs.
It todays world I believe that most businesses do not care about my needs as a customer.
I feel like 98 percent of business are so worried about the bottom line they lose track of what a business really is.
They don’t care at all. All that they want is for me to spend more money and for them to make more money on me - it’s very obvious.
Big businesses definitely do not care about consumers. Small ones do care more than the big ones but in general it seems both are just in it for the money.
strong no, they care only about money over everything
They only care about revenues and profits.
I do not believe most businesses care any longer about their customers in any way.
businesses care primarily about making money
Businesses care about making money and will pretend to care about people if it attracts customers.
