Option A won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 77 votes after 1 round of vote counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.
Option | Round 1 |
---|---|
A | 77% 77 votes |
B | 14% 14 votes |
C | 5% 5 votes |
D | 4% 4 votes |
I chose A because e-commerce website need to be easy to navigate, if you can't navigate the website, you probably won't be on it for long.
Thick being easy to navigate is it big plus. It makes you find what you're looking for a lot easier
first I should be able to use it, second it should attract me to use it. Then the rest is unimportant
I filled in the blanks with the descriptions that most resonated with me.
Ease of use is always paramount. If people can't get to the thing they want, if they can't find it or check out with it... doesn't do much for the business!
I am not likely to give my business to a shopping website if it is hard to navigate the website and the product images do not look appealing.
I think the ease of navigation on the website is the most important aspect
To me, ease is everything. I won't stick around a webpage if it is too complex, so Option A.
Being easy to navigate is a huge thing for me.
These are all important but being user friendly and workable is most important to me.
I think ease of navigation is the most important part of a good e-commerce website. Without it, all the most beautiful designs and photos would not save the site. People need to quickly and easily get around the site. I think having an eye-catching homepage is fine but navigation takes top priority compared to all of these choices.
I like easier to navigate first and then good visuals next
I want to be able to easily navigate any site I am on.
The only one of these I most care about is the easy to navigate. Other than that, I care about security and the product.
I chose A first because the most important part of a website is ease of use. I wouldn't stick around at a commerce site if I couldn't find what I was looking for. D is a close second as telling me about the product is critical for getting me to buy it. B is not as important and I ranked it third as I don't need super high quality images, but they do help a bit in making decisions. And C is not very relevant as I am not one to get sucked in by visuals if nothing else about site works. Homepages should be easy to use not eye catching anyway.
Easy navigation is really important to me.
Navigation is imperative. And I find that the best sites are easy to navigate and find what you need to find.
i think the main thing is that is easy to use. without being easy to use, the whole website wouldnt be worth it to even look at and the other stuff wouldnt matter.
The best e-commerce websites are easy to navigate. It doesn't do you much good to tell a compelling story about the company or products if people can't find that story on your website.
Ease of use and highlighting the products well are the most vital things for an e-commerce website
For e-commerce, I don't normally care about the history of the company or the product, so that explains my bottom choice. For my top choice, I find easy to use sites are typically the most trustworthy. Next, I want to see the photos and visuals be of high quality because that gives me confidence in the product(s) being offered.
I think ease of use is most important because it conveys professionalism and care for customers. Next I think the products themselves are most important, so this could be reflected by both B and D. I think an eye-catching page is nice, but least important.
WIth all websites I like that it is easy to navigate. If I cannot find what I am looking for I would close the site.
I chose A because when I use an e-commerce page I usually know what I want to find, B was next because I like to see exactly what I'm getting, then D because I think it's more important to know about the company and products than have C a eye catching home page.
The best e commerce sites are easy to navigate because it's more inviting to both new users and experienced users, so this is the most important factor in building a customer base quickly.
I'm not trying to spend all day on an e-commerce website. The easier it is to navigate, the quicker I will be out of there.
The best websites are easy to navigate. I want to be able to find what I am looking for quickly. The UI should be intuitive to use.
My first choice is because it's not only true, but it's also grammatically correct and fit with the sentence. A website that isn't easy to navigate will get a lot less traffic.
I like option A because I think it is vital to be able to easily navigate sites. There's nothing worse when you cannot figure out what you need to do or where you need to click.
Too many companies try to make their landing page contain everything and that makes it difficult to get around on.
A because if a website is a pain in the but to use, I leave, I will go shop elsewhere no matter how nice it looks. Usability is the key
I'm least interested in the compelling story as long as I know that the site can be trusted and has a good reputation. I just need it to function well and show me what I need to see, both as a buyer and seller if applicable.
Ease of navigation is first and foremost. I hate when you get on a site and if you click through to something, you lose your place, or go back and get routed to another spot, or the start of the listing. Making me frustrated is one way to keep me from shopping there.
Definitely my first two ranked options are most important to me and gives me a sense of trust that the site is legit.
A- because out of the 4 options it's the only one that actually flows with the sentence given.C- does not properly follow but, that is important for any website, B- for the same reason as C, these are things that will first intrigue your interest when visiting a website, D- is important, but that is not what we are first drawn to when looking at a website
I like a site that is intuitive to navigate. It makes for a more pleasant shopping experience
EASY TO NAVIGATE is the most crucial among the four choices. If I get lost in that website, I won't stick around for a long time trying to check out and pay.
A is by far the most important out of these options. If I can't easily navigate a site, I'll never buy anything from there.
I believe in the ease of user experience being the main selling point of e commerce sites
I do not know if this was a trick question but the only appropriate grammar and proper sentence structure from the four options to complete the sentence was option A. Otherwise should this be an error in the study, I would go with the options I chose, C, D, then B, although all are somewhat equally important.
It is very important to be able to move around and find what you want quickly
Easy to navigate
A) Easy if I cant find what I am looking for I will leave the site. C) Like that first impression. B) Good photos always help. D) not concerned with a touching story.
I’m all about ease of navigation. If I can’t easily find what I want or answer basic questions about in-stock, shipping, etc. I will go elsewhere.
#1 option A easy navigation is essential to a successful web page#2 option B good visuals are very important to attract attention#3 option D The story is ok as long as it isn't too long boring the reader#4 option C The eye catching home page is not my top priority when I know what I am looking for
It is very important to have a very easy to navigate UI for the users to be able to find the products, following with the best visuals because online shopping.
It's all about the product I want to know about the product I don't think the homepage of the company is as important as the product is.
All of these aspects are important for an e-commerce website, though ease of navigation is the element that is of key importance due to its utility. The other ones are necessary as well, though not nearly as important as ease of use/navigation.
Options A and C describe me the best.
I think that being able to navigate a page is the most helpful. It makes the whole process of shopping online easier and convenient.
A makes the most sense grammatically and it also makes sense in general that the site should be easily navigable. None of the other options make sense grammatically, however, I have ranked them from important to lease important.
I prefer sites that are easy to navigate the most because I will most likely to return to the site again.
I prefer option A. No matter how beautiful a website is, you must be able to use it and navigate it for it to be effective. Otherwise, it becomes annoying.
For me easy to navigate is the most important. If it's hard to navigate I probably wouldn't use it because it's frustrating. I think the other things are important too but not as much as A.
If I can't easily find what I'm looking for, or I get confused..I'm browsing elsewhere. Ease of use is the TOP factor for me!
A and B are extremely important in my opinion, but C and D are not very important as far as making it the best.
Bad navigation is the number 1 thing that will make me leave a website
My first and foremost thing of importance is ease of navigation. If that fails, nothing else matters. From there, quality images, good descriptions matter more than general aesthetics of the homepage (but that is also important).
Option a is paramount. If a site‘s not easy to use easy understand or easy to comprehend it is up no use.
Easy to navigate is the most important. It doesn't matter the product or service, if it is poorly designed and hard to use, it's a waste of time.
I like all of these things, but a site that is easy to navigate is key. You can have B, C and D, but if I have trouble navigating a site, I am definitely going to feel reluctant to purchase anything.
1. A.: Typically when I'm shopping, I have a clear idea of what I'm looking for, and just want an easy way to see if it is available and in stock.2. B: High quality photographs let me know the quality and condition of what I'm buying before I make the decision to buy or not.3. C: Similar to A, one of the parts of shopping is simply finding that a website exists with products I'm looking for, and a catchy homepage can communicate that.4. D: Story isn't important, because I come to a website generally knowing what I want to buy already.
I don't like websites that are hard to use, as that wastes my time and effort without any necessary reason!
the biggest reason i use amazon is because it is so easy
I feel that "Easy to navigate" is the best option. If a website is easy to navigate that means it will get more traffic because it's user friendly. While looking nice is important, It doesn't matter how nice it looks if people on the user end can't navigate it in the end.
Option A is of utmost importance. One bad experience with the website (it's functionality, in particular, payment in the most particular) can result in my never shopping through that portal again. It comes way before the others. Option B is important because it lends veracity to the merchant. It also gives me the angles and perspectives I need to make an informed purchase. Option D is good for making me forgive some of the other elements (not including A), especially if it's a cause worthy of support. Option C is only important maybe the first visit or two and much can be forgiven on this property as long as the rest of the site is reliable and trustworthy.
it's all about UI and navigation for me to make it easy. i can find things anywhere online so having an easy site makes me want to return
Navigation is always key. If I can't easily find what I'm looking for on your site, I'm probably not gonna spend much time there. Being able to tell a story that captures your company and its products well is also a good way to build customer retention.
Choice A is my top choice because if the page is easy to navigate them it makes me want to actually use it. To be able to look around and explore and see everything it has to offer. It doesn't matter how nice the page looks or what it says if it is a pain to navigate. That would make me not want to use it. Choice B is second because having high quality photos would make the page catch my eye and give me a good look at the items it is offering and how those look. Choice C is third because an eye catching homepage can spark interest and make me curious. Choice D is last because a story would be a second impression as you would have to story and read it while the others are all more first impressions.
if i can't easily use the site, i'll bail and use another easier to use site for what i need
My first choice is option A, as the best e-commerce websites are easy to navigate, as it's important for consumers to learn about the company and its offerings in a dynamic, personally-controlled fashion in an efficient manner. Option C is my second choice as the best e-commerce websites have an eye-catching homepage, because, let's face it, consumers are more receptive to a high-quality, professional, and polished website. Option D is my third choice because the best e-commerce websites tell a compelling story about the company and its products, because a great story entices customers to buy because they're intrigued by it. Option B ranks last because high-quality photography and visuals are nice, but not quite as impactful as the first three elements.
If I cannot find my product easily and see an image that doesn't look like a bad cell phone I am gone!
Easy of navigation is most important. If your site is difficult to use, people will move on to somewhere very quickly. Easy to navigate websites can be very captivating and enjoyable to use.
From a user perspective, my goal is to find what I want quickly. Easy to navigate is the best fit for this goal
I don't care about the story. Just make the page easy to use so that I can get what I want quickly.
I ranked my choices based on which options seemed the most important to selling items.
Option A is the most valuable feature to me because if the website is not easy to navigate I will just give up and move on to another product.
The visuals are a quick and easy way to find out about the brand the fastest and most inclusive.
The best use high-quality photography and visuals.
I think the images and webpage design are the most important first of all.
I ranked the features of a e-commerce website that I found the most important. I found the high quality of the photography of option B to be the most appealing. I then liked the eye-catching homepage followed by the easy to navigate and then finally the compelling story.
I think high quality images are very important. It really helps to make good decisions when you are buying something. Whenever an image is blurry or doesn't show everything clearly it can be easy to make a mistake or for the seller to fool the buyer. I would say that easy to navigate is the next most important because I don't want to be wasting too much time looking through and trying to find stuff
Options B and A are the only ones that matter to me. I want size, material specifications all clearly outlined as the most important thing. Then good DETAILED images rom many angles, then easy to navigate. Options C and D are irrelevant
if the website doesn't look professional it will feel like a scam
I feel high-quality photography and visuals are what initially catch your attention
I definitely think options B and A are the most important, at least for me. I prefer high quality images as well as an easy to navigate website.
I picked B and D as my top choices as they tell me a lot on how the website should work.
I ranked B first because there is nothing more important than the quality of the visuals of a website. Otherwise it looks like a scam site. A is second because if I can’t figure out how to navigate the site than I won’t buy anything. C is third because I am more likely to explore the website further if the homepage is eye catching. D is fourth because while it’s important to tell a story with products, it is definitely not the most vital.
I think good photography and visuals catch my eye the most - and tell me that this is a good site - worth looking into more.
The longer phrases are more ideal for marketing and show an easier way to access e-commerce in an effective manner.
I thought option B, is what matters the most to me. If the photos are low res it makes the products seem not as appealing. Option A, is also very important and can be frustrating when website don't have an easy to navigate site. Option C, would be nice but not as critical. Option D, I found to be the least important to me which is why I ranked it last.
I prefer option C because I think an image is the best way to engage me in a product. Option B and D are fair too. Option A is the least enticing to me.
I lean to agree most with option C because high quality visual images do not come cheap, this tells me that company is paying attention to every detail and wants to provide the best when it comes to their products, experiences etc.
To me C and B go hand in hand, but I "read" products with my eyes first so the homepage and photography/visuals must provide me with a top notch experience before I'll navigate the site or consider buying any products.
I like Option C the most. Without a homepage that's attractive and enticing it's a little pointless. Option A is also very pertinent, easy to handle dictates if you will use the website and whether you are comfortable with it. The remaining options are perfectly fine but not as eye catching and seem a little ordinary.
Option C and B are the most important as it is what gets user to stay and look around your page, while A and D are just supplementary.
I love option D the most because I love story telling the most to get me to be more captivated about a product being offered.
Info about company and product is very important
The substance is the most important here. So option D is important. This is the best reason to come to the site, for a compelling story or product. Think that the nice visuals and photography are great too, as well as the eye-catching homepage. Easy navigation is important but not the reason anyone comes to a website.
The website is business and the home to office work and the benefit and the everyone person is very useful in advanges in website and photo design and the information and communication
