This description does a great job of being very detailed but not too wordy. It really helps draw a better picture of what is happening in the story. The other one is more concise, but is much more bland.

When reading a description of a book, I like to have some details but not too many. Option A had too many details and therefore the description seemed to go on for too long like they were trying to hard to sell the book. The shorter one was more intriguing.

I don't need all the names and details in a summary. I want brief information that will intrigue me and not bore me to death with details about the book. I want to be able to easily understand the summary which Option B does.
