Both are nice, but I like that B makes it clear that the desk can be used for 2 screens I think that's important and the price difference isn't very significant

I would definitely choose option B. It looks much sturdier and has many more reviews. It also has five stars which is phenomenal.

I like the glossier finish of choice B and that it is $10 cheaper. They appear to be essentially the same product. But it seems I'd get a better deal with option B.

The second image looks much cleaner and nicer

B has a lot more options to fit my needs and the $10 coupon off is very tempting.

Even if there is room for 2 monitors on the other desk, the fact that this one showed me dual monitor setup meant a lot. I felt like they were saying hey this will work for an actual likely setup.
