Option B won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 51 votes after 4 rounds of votes counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.

Hard to answer without knowing what the product or service is. Design may or may not be relevant. Same with customer service. I think A and E are a consistent answer. The rest, I would say it depends.
I chose features, because ultimately that's the only reason I buy anything, for the features it has, or at least it's utility to me. Price is generally the second consideration, but sometimes it is first. I chose customer service last, because even if you get good customer service once from a company, it's rare for that to be a repeat experience.
I would be buying it for a specific purpose. I would either need the product for fun or for practical uses.
I chose A first because I first have to have a need/desire for the product, then the price is most important after that. I chose C, customer service, last, because I have the expectation that the product is going to work, so I won't have to contact them. But if I am considering buying a product from a company with a known poor customer service reputation, I may make the customer service component higher on my list.
Features are the most important thing to me, this is what I consider first and this has more importance than all the other options.
A is first, that's the whole reason I'm buying something is to serve a purpose. Whatever its purpose is, it needs to be done well. D, C, and E are all equally important. I want it to be easy to use and look good, but I also want to easily get help if needed. B, price, is last. Its important and a consideration but I'm happy to pay for quality.
I think it's most important that the feature is something I actually need. E, B and D are important but they don't matter as much as A does, because if I don't like the features why would I use the product. C seems unimportant to me.
I the the price and the features are always the most important to me. I value a product that has unique and effective features and of course I value cheap products as well. I do not worry about the ease of use or how the product looks too much.
I'm not usually worried about how something looks I want something to work at a reasonable price. That is good value.
A is the most important for me because I refuse to buy anything that does not do what I want it to. Sometimes I will pay more for the features I want. Price is my next consideration as I need to be able to afford what I purchase, however I will forgo purchasing items if I can obtain fewer items of higher quality for more. Ease of use is important because I do not want products that annoy me and that require too much effort to use, though the latter is a more minor consideration. Design is important, but I care less about it if it is not a highly visible product, for instance something that never leaves the home. Customer service is my last concern as I generally fix things myself and only engage customer service if I want to be frustrated and probably denied service. More importantly, I only use customer service when my product breaks or has a shipping issue.
I want the product to work and to work well, that is most important to me
I like functional and useful products, so my top choice is very important to me for sure!
A I feel is the most important as that is what would draw me to the product or service.
What it does and how much it costs are the two most important things and the things that determine value.
I think features are by far the most important thing a product can provide.
I picked A and B first because it's important to get value for my money (if "quality" were an option, I'd choose that first!). Whether it works and is user-friendly is much more important than the design or appearance.
the features of a product is what generally draws me to it. then the ease of use is what makes it even more appealing the price is #3 because honestly if it isn't the right price I wont buy it.
I chose option A because the main reason you would even buy a product is because of its features.
I liked choice A the best since the the features are the make or break options when I choose a product or service. Choice C is the least appealing with customer service is a last resort.
What the product can do is the whole point of the product, affordability is second in my mind.
First i would look at the features of the product and what it is capable of doing and I think pricing would be the least because that doesn't matter if you like what the product is capable of doing.
Each person will have his or her priorities, but practicality tells me:1) What is it for and what use am I going to get?2) What does it cost? (If it is too expensive and I can't afford it, why continue).3) Will I know how to make it work? 4) If it fulfills the 3 previous requirements, then the design comes in, as it would be logical.5) This last one is the validation of the previous steps.
Option A is the best important to me followed by option e. Option A, is what makes the product appealing and how it can stand out. Option E and B would be nice but isn't make or break for me as much. Option C, is nice and I would like it but I prefer the other options far more.
I think the actual quality of the product is what is most important to me, and I can handle errors with customer service so long as I enjoy the product.
Features are my top priority for any service that I am going to use.
The features are what make a product or service stand out for me. It's the different things something can do that makes a huge difference.
What you missed was reliability, which trumps everything. That said, it's what the product can do for me and how well that I require most, then cost, then softer add-ons.
What the device can do and how much it costs are the most important things to me.
I think that Option A is the most important because if the product isn't useful to me, then I wouldn't want it. Option B is the next most important because I may want something but I need to be able to afford it, too. Option E is good because I need to be able to use the product I'm buying. Option D is the least favorable because how something looks is inconsequential to what it does and what it costs. That leaves Option C as the second-to-last option by default.
I prefer option A here because for me this is the most important aspect - how useful is the product for me specifically, in my life, suiting my needs, my home, my character etc.
Price and features are most important. I can't afford it then it is not even accessible. I also want something that will work properly otherwise it's not even worth it.
Option A is my first choice. What a product does is paramount in purchasing it, the mechanics of how it works is the most important feature. Option D with the style and Option E with the usage are both close seconds. The remaining options are perfectly fine but not as eye catching and seem a little ordinary.
I chose A as my first choice because I feel that features are important in a product.I chose D as my second choice because I feel that the design of a product is key.I chose E as my third choice because easy to use is essential.I chose B as my fourth choice because price is key and important.I chose C as my fifth choice because customer service is beneficial and needed.
The features are a prime concern for me as most of the items I buy are for utilitiy and this leads into my second biggest concern which is price. This allows me to save money on things that I truly want.
I picked option A first because if the product has lots of features it saves me from needing to buy additional products or add-ons to do the things I want. Option B is next because the price needs to be reasonable. Option D, C, and E aren't that important depending on the product.
the most important is features that is what makes the product or services stand out then you consider it value or you can afford it or not.
Price is the most important because if I can't afford it then nothing else matters since I can't use it anyway.
Price and features are of supreme importance to me in any decision I make with regards to a purchase.
If I cant afford it then It doesn't exist to me so B is clearly most important. But if something is too hard to use I will skip it also- so E is almost as important.
Price and customer service are both major to me when it comes to deciding what product I want to purchase and invest money into
Price is one of the most important factors for me, then quality and where it's made.
Price is always the biggest concern of any product or service I would use
I want a reasonably priced product that has the features I need. After that, the others matter less. Design can matter, but it depends on the product.
Value for my money is what drives decisions I make about the products I buy and services I choose
I rated based on the criteria I use to determine if I intend to use a product or service, in the order that I use.
None of these are unimportant. However price is the most important, because if it's too expensive i cant afford it and if it's too cheap i may question it's quality. Probably pretty difficult to find an optimal price range.
I find it hard to spend a lot on anything and would look for cheaper alternatives. Once I find something that I find affordable, it has to do what I need it to do, and any extra features is great. I am fine with trying to learn to use something, even if it's difficult, I'd find it fun to learn. I would likely try to fix things myself before going to customer service as I hate that interaction no matter how good they may be.
My first point to consider is B, price. No matter how good something is, it's irrelevant if it's out of my price range, though that depends somewhat on what the product or service does first. Following that, thus, is A, what it actually does. The importance of this one is self evident. Ease of use and customer service are actually tied in my eyes - if it's easy to use you don't really need customer service most of the time, and also true of the inverse. But I'd rather not need outside help so E ranks somewhat higher. Design is last and mostly irrelevant, I don't care what the UI looks like as long as it's useful.
Price, for most people I think, is a top consideration. Not that I necessarily want the cheapest product, but I want good value and not to be gouged...
I think design is just about aesthetics so it's not important to me from a substantive perspective. I can be price conscious and want a bargain so B is really important to me. Ease of use is also paramount for my convenience; A shows how practical a product is.
I think that price comes first when considering anything. Then I would go to how well it works and so on.
I prefer option B because price is the most important decision for me when it comes to making purchases. Option A and E are important too. Option D and C sound the least enticing to me overall.
I think that when it comes to choosing a product or service, it all ultimately comes down to price.
Price and features are the two best things when it comes to product shopping, and I will tend to buy midrange items if they offer high end features
I feel it goes price, what I'm getting, what the product is, easy of use, then customer service. I want it to be cheap but effective. The only reason I'd need customer service is if they mess up... which won't happen if the product works.
Made my choices based on what is important to least important to me when it comes to choosing and buying a product or service
I chose Option B as most important. If all other options were judged to be great but I couldn't afford it, then I'll never use it. If it's affordable, I'll judge the other criteria accordingly. That would be is it worth the price.
Price, or value rules. Design is important since that's why I'd get interested to start with.. Has to be easy to use. Features are nice but my needs are simple. Customer service has long fallen off by the wayside.
Price is always the most important factor. Then comes ease of use, for sure. I seek efficiency. Then good customer service, then features. Design is the least important because form follows function.
Price is crucial for me. If I can get a good quality product at a good price that is perfect. What the product can do for me is also very important. Customer service is not that valuable to me.
Option B is most important. I don't make a lot of money, so it's important that how I spend my money is the most effective way.
I mostly care about the price and features. I moderately care about the design because of how I will display it or where I will put it. Ease-of-Use isn't as important as I can usually figure out most products on my own. Lastly, customer service doesn't matter much as long as I get what I need.
Price & Features are pretty much a tie for the top for me. Design typically not my first choice, unless it is clothing, then maybe i will consider it higher. Customer service is at the bottom for me... I will figure out how to reach them if I really need to. Ease of use is middle of the road... it could be harder to use if its cheap enough.
Yes for me price is most important, otherwise I might as well do whatever it is myself/without help.
it goes withthout saying that price is king nowadays!
I ranked price first because I am a very price conscious shopper. If something is too expensive, I won't buy it. I ranked customer service least because, while I prefer good customer service, I do not always find the need to contact customer service so it is a low priority for me.
PRice is the most important factor especially during large inflation with everything going up.
I think the price and the features are the most important. These are the items that impact me right off the bat. How much will it cost, and will it do what I need it to do?
Price is very important for me as I just don't have the money to splurge on anything right now.
The most important part of choosing a product or service for me is the price. Although the price isn't always the first thing I notice about a product or service, the price is definitely the deciding factor for me when I decide if I should purchase it or not.
A balance between price and quality is what I look for first.
I chose my answers in the order that I liked them. Price is usually the most important factor for me.
I like option B the best because for me price is a number one priority. Without the price being right, than none of the other options matter.
B- I always look at the price first. I like to try to find the cheapest place to buy. You have to, when money is tight.A- I like the different features some products have. If one item has more features, that's the one I'll buy. That way you get more for your money.D- The design is something I don't check often. I go more for functionality.E- If I can use, then it is ok. I don't look for easy to use products, not yet.C- I like to be treated well, but I will buy regardless the customer service is good or bad. Most of the time is pretty good in my experience.
As much as features factor in, price does matter. A product can be brilliantly designed and feature rich, but if it doesn't fit my budget, then it isn't going in the cart.
I think price is most important because I have to be able to afford something in order to purchase it. Then I look at features and how easy it is to use.
Ease of use and price are pretty much equal. If it's uncomplicated and not too expensive then I give it another look.
The price is most important. I am a broke graduate student and saving money is really important right now.
No matter what, the price is important to me. I only buy what I can afford.
I choose B why when choosing a product for me it's about the price and me getting the best deal.
Price is almost always the most important for me, i always check prices on just about everything.
Price and design are high up on the list of priorities when choosing a product. While features and ease-of-use are secondary, they're still relatively important. I don't really feel that customer service would be ranked all that high, if at all. I'm used to dealing without this aspect on many of the products that I purchase.
C because customer service can really help me facilitate a smooth carefree transaction
Making the costumer feel important and offering an affordable product is very important. The ease of use of the product is important too.
D, A, and B are the typical reason people buy most things. I don't think many people will disagree. E and C are really nice to have but I don't think it passes the other three in importance.
All of these are important but D and A are the most because I want a product that works well and does what I need it to do. I am willing to put up with a higher price or poorer customer service for a good product.
All of these are very important in my opinion. I guess customer service doesn't matter as much if the product is good, though.
Ease of use Option E is by far the most important. The design and price are also extremely important to me as well.
I really prefer ease of use. Not gonna put a lot of money on something that isn’t user friendly.
This was difficult, because all of these are important. Option E was the most important though. I dread having to call someone because something that I have just obtained is difficult to use and I have to try to get the person on the line to explain it in an understandable way. Not a lot of people are good at that, especially customer service reps. So something that I can use without a lot of problems is best.
E and A are truly what I want, and look for over B,C,D
I need it to work before anything else. Then I need to be able to afford it.
I care the most about ease of use and features, then price.
I most prefer option E simply because I am big on the product being easy to use and making my life feel easier and more efficient. That is everything to me for the most part.
These aspects are the most important when choosing a product or service
E (ease of use) is important to me because when I have difficulty with a product or service it makes me not want to use it. The easier it is to use a product/service the more likely I'm going to habitually use it. And being comfortable with a product/service makes me more loyal to the brand and more likely to keep using. A (features) is also pretty important to me because if a product/service doesn't provide enough features then I would have to use another product/service to make up for what is missing. This may lead me to not want to use that product/service and find something that will cover all the features I want. B (price) is something that I definitely think of but I am personally willing to pay for a product/service that I like and trust. Even if there are other products/services that are cheaper I may be willing to pay more for something that I'm comfortable using and covers my needs/wants. D (design) might influence my decisions sometimes when choosing products/services. If a design looks dated that might convey that the product/service is also not up to date and may be behind. I like a more modern look because it shows that the product/service values keeping up with new advances. C (customer service) is something that I don't really think about until I need it. This is not necessarily a great way of looking at customer service but if I'm being honest it just isn't something that I really think of before purchasing a product/service. I do think that it is still important to have good customer service but it may not sway me too much when deciding to use a product/service.
If it's easy to use then it is literally addictive and provides a lot of dopamine when it solves your problem quickly. I feel like ease of use is what helps every customer you get.
being able to use it easily with customer service and the features is more important that the price or the looks to me
I think a product has to be the right thing for the need and work well first and foremost.
It is all about the product. The product must relate to the price I am paying. Especially if it is a product for my home or office. It has to have features that would want to make me purchase it and enjoy it for the long run.
