I strongly prefer "A" because it seems cleaner to the look and design, and makes me feel the soap is cleaner and purer. The red and black seem so loud and over the top.

Option A seems more traditional and the older I get, the less attracted I am to flashy designs and marketing gimmicks. A lot of times, the best quality products are packaged in simple packaging.

The cardboard color seems to give it a genuine, solid-product look and feel. The red seems too flashy and hard to read.
