Option A is more attractive based on how there are not slightly scary cultural masks on the cover. In cover B I noted two slightly scary cultural masks. All other pictures were fine in Option B. That is the only reason I prefer Option A.
I preferred it because the cover was less busy and made me want to see the inside.
A feels like a more classy design. B is too busy with all those photos.

I really like how the stamps look, it makes me think of exotic places.
I would choose option A because I find the images surround option B to look low budget which would make me wonder if the entire book was as low quality as the jacket. Option A looks less clustered and more professional.
