If a website takes payment through Paypal, can you use your credit card without a Paypal account?

Yes, I can use credit card without paypal account.

A9. It ultimately depends on whether or not the website is setup correctly. One time payments are possible through Paypal, but mostly for donations if I am not mistaken.
