A47. because on the same page a brief information is given on the various topics. you don't need to click more to view the details of the page. It gives you an idea of what each topic means.
B1. The layout is cleaner, more organized and thus more attractive and professional. I would rather click on a hyperlink and obtain more information than to see that information on the very same page. Not only is that type of design neater and require less scrolling, but it also allows for more information to generally be provided. and so, that's why I find Option B more attractive and informative.
